Sono rimasto qui in passato e è stato molto buono, ma questa volta l'esperienza non è stata così buona. Sono stato accolto con favore in una stanza di odore sgradevole, il bagno non era molto pulito, il frigo aveva condensazione che ha lasciato un piccolo puddle sul pavimento, il WiFi non funzionava nella stanza e per toccarlo fuori dalla carta chiave fermato il lavoro e la manutenzione doveva Si chiama a lasciarmi in camera dopo un giorno stanco. Quindi, in generale, una permanenza molto sgradevole questa volta.

I was very happy with the service. When my daughter got injured in the jacuzzi area, the medic team arrived quickly and provided excellent care. The in-room dining was also on time and the nasi goreng pineapple was super good!
Check-in and check-out were smooth, even during peak hours. All staff members were very friendly.
However, the room and bathroom had a strong, unpleasant smell which was quite bothersome. Despite this, the overall experience was positive due to the outstanding service and food.

The owner is good and very responsive to your query. Very helpful and provide good assistance on how to check in
The only disadvantage is very limited parking if booking with agents (non direct hotel guest) and no buggy ride besides no breakfast. Basically, u r on ur own throughout the stay
