Tempat memang best utk healing.. Jauh dri kesesakan bandar... Persekitaran cantik, boelh rehat bersama keluarga. Kemudahan kat hotel lengkap. ⭐⭐⭐⭐. Terbaik. Chek in dan chek out cepat booking online.. Akan repeat lah nnti kalau g cuti kawasan tu.. Recomended DESA SELATAN RESORT.

Le strutture che posso dire sono molto buone per un piccolo hotel. Molto sistema. Solo che la gestione potrebbe dover migliorare il controllo delle strutture. Quando ero lì, l'acqua calda è così calda e la lampada di ingresso nella mia stanza non funziona. La camera 115, quindi la gestione prenda nota di questo. Abbiamo pagato per il colazione e ci servono maggi goreng il primo giorno e nasi goreng il secondo giorno (devo controllare anche la qualità per me è del tutto ingustosa). Asal ada punya breakfast la direi. Ci sono spazio per il miglioramento!!

In strada, sia il trasporto sia il cibo sono molto convenienti.A circa dieci minuti da Zhu Village, è adatto per un viaggio di dimensioni. L'altra parte della strada è il caffè rosso.Il rapporto costo-beneficio è alto.

Bersih, lokasi tepid laut..bilik ade balkoni. Nmpk sea view, setiap bilik ade sinki dapur dan dapor elektrik... Cume parking susah sikit...kene berebut dengan customer seafood Chinese cuisine ... Overall mantap

The room was spacious, cozy and clean. The hotel's location was able to exploring the sea breeze and near places of attraction The facilities such as spa, restaurant and parking was great, but check-in was delayed for 3 hours. Overall, it was an enjoyable and comfortable stay in the Amerald Resort Hotel Desaru.

Staff at the front desk just okay. We booking for king bed but I believe it was just a queen size bedroom since we request for ground level as im pregnant. No lift provided. The interior was not very nice. The basic appliances were provided but the fridge is not functioning(not so cool) and not much space to set our foods and baby bottles etc.,. The worst was the smell from the sink (smells comes from the sewage) and need to open the exhaust fan all day long. Even i put soap the smell wont come off the smells comes from the drainage. It was bad i almost thrown up when opening the toilet door. I would not recommend staying here during monsoon seasons because we were not able to walk along the beach (the tide was high). The only thing i love were the environment of this resort (its so relaxing outside of the room) and the breakfast was superb. For dinner we went outside and eat at warung tepi futsal and the food were bad. The price almost the same as JB (quite pricey) even though JB still can get lower price.the staff at the pool counter was not friendly. His nails were so long and dirty . Not even smile at us. And answer our question smirkingly because we forgot our towel card.

Anantara is amazing! What we like: Huge, scenic pools. Expansive grounds. Helpfulness of staff Turn down service. Mini pantry. Comfy bed. Huge toilet, deep tub. Clean room. Personalised notes. Decor according to season. Kids club. Teens club. Cleanliness of the whole resort. We also love the beach, picking seashells, the bath salts and soaps provided, and the beginner birdwatching activity. Guide was knowledgeable, kind and helpful. What we didn’t like: Not sheltered carpark Quite pricey to pay for an extra child Hard to go out into room balcony because of the flies, mosquitoes and lizards outside. We didn’t want them in the room. Overall a superb experience. Do try!

L'hotel è situato nel bel quartiere del resort. Le opzioni alimentari all'interno dell'hotel sono limitate. Il personale di servizio presso il bar piscina è stato buono. La pulizia della stanza non è fino a standard. Stinture sul pavimento che non possono essere pulite, cabina è polverosa e tintura di olio sullo specchio in bagno. Se avete bambini, è buono come il resort è collegato al parco acquatico o altri andare a Westin lungo la strada FYI, Hotel ci ha prelevato MYR30 per rompere una tazza. Penso che sia parte e parte delle operazioni per queste a rompere e siamo a buon diritto a pagare, ma MYR30 per una tazza di caffè non marcata è rapina.
