Very comfortable stay. Staff are efficient and friendly. Nearby coffee shops have good choices for breakfast. Unfortunately haven’t tried the food at the downstairs cafe,which saw a lot of customers. Would be better if can provide good sitting area for guests.

Probabilmente non finirai mai qui a meno che non sia con i locali, o sul vostro viaggio a Pangkor o oltre, ma in una città inassumevole, Rivertel è un gem che offre un piacevole, pulito, tranquillo, comodo soggiorno.L'hotel è molto nuovo e tradizionalmente affamato tra un tranquillo Vicinato residenziale e una strada principale. L'edificio ha un tetto dove si può affittare per eventi. C'è anche un ristorante sul sito. e la città è adorabile, ha la sua versione di aderente torre di Pisa.

We stayed in a Family Queen room (1 queen bed and 1 single bed) with big window for one night. The check-in and check-out process were smooth. A refundable room deposit of RM50 is required. The room was spacious for the three of us. There is a lift to access higher floors. A cafe, gaming corner, and a gift shop are situated in the lobby. Snacks may be purchased at the reception counter. Room amenities include two complimentary bottle water (though is a room for three), tea/coffee making facilities, television (20 channels), writing desk and chair, cloth hanging area next to waist-length mirror and hair dryer. The ensuite bathroom consists of a washing basin, hot/cold standing shower, toilet, half-body length mirror, body towel, toiletries such as bath gel, shampoo gel, tooth brush and tooth paste. The reason for choosing this hotel is its strategic location. It is located near to the places we wanted to visit. There is an on-site parking area for guests. I was worried to get a dusty room after reading some negative reviews. However, our room was clean and tidy. With the price we paid, we thought it was a good deal.

Iim_j 92Pros: The hotel staff was very friendly, from the front desk to the housekeeping, they're very helpful and polite. On the 2nd day of my stay, I didn't use my breakfast coupon, so during checkout, they let me use it for lunch takeaway at the cafe. The food was tasty.
Cons: The bathroom tiles are slippery, we need to be extra careful.

NNoDoubtLeongStayed from 24-26/12/21, we booked 2 Deluxe King Room with balcony. Surprising this kind of hotel exist in a small town like Teluk Intan. Location is hidden in a Chinese village next to the river, about 3-4 km from town (Menara Condong). Credit to the owner for his unique idea on building this hotel. Check-in was smooth and fast, room and bathroom is clean, however the bathroom curtain is moldy, hopefully the owner will look into this. No F&B outlet around hotel, no fridge or mini-bar in the room, so bring your own cooler box if you intend to store some cold drinks. Indoor swimming pool is very nice, hidden from the hot sun. Bicycle rental available from hotel for rm6 per hour, you can cycle all the way to town if you can bare with the hot sun. Definitely will come back if visiting Teluk Intan again.

UUtente ospiteRoom generally clean but housekeeping will not be done daily unless you inform them before hand.. some of amenities in room not working well and only a small table placed in room. should be a bigger table and towels are sparing given got to exchange old towels for new when there is no need for it. Iron hair dryer and kettle should be placed in room instead of requesting for it at reception upon check in. The coffee machine near the reception is not working most of the time and need servicing all the time. no enough styrofoam cups made available at the coffee machine run out everytime and never replaced fast enough and room cleaner staff do not know how to make a bed properly.. do not recommend this hotel highly just before average standard
