La villa è tra le nuove aree di alloggio di Bandar Utama di Gua Musang. La villa è piuttosto nuova e ben attrezzata: ferro, asciugacapelli, doccia con riscaldamento acqua, gel da doccia e shampoo (nessuno broccato/pasta dentale). Ogni casa viene con spazio di parcheggio. C'è una pista da camminare a piedi dalla villa, ma assicurati di mettere su le scarpe e le attrezzature appropriate. Non ci sono ancora molti cibi intorno (in passeggiata), ma ancora si possono trovare negozi / stalle.
