L'hotel era carino e confortevole.. Receptionist amichevole.. Nel complesso è stato buono?

ห้องถือว่า โอเค การบริการ ดี แต่เข้าพักแล้ว ไม่มีน้ำดื่มในห้องให้ มีแค่ กาน้ำร้อนให้ โดยรวม ถือว่า โอเค แค่ไม่มีน้ำดื่มให้ บรรยากาศ เหมือนอยู่บ้าน หรือ โฮมสเตย์ที่ อยุธยา

This place has the nicest ambiance and a relaxing feel to it. Although it is quite old and rather tired, requiring upgrade and maintenance, it certainly has seen more glorious days in the past! The kids enjoyed all the facilities here! Restaurant menu needs to be added more variants so guest could choose to dine here though food are abundance in the area.

At Checking in, the front desk staff were very courteous, attentive, and helpful. Provided info on where to eat, and shop for groceries. The apartment was clean and well kept. The house-keeping team was cheerful, and always wanted to do more than expected. Overall. it's been a better than expected stay. Highly recommended for business travellers too.

Overall good experience, booked a King bedroom and it has all the basics (hairdryer, electric kettle, even a fridge!). Though the room was small but everything essential was provided. The area is close to a lot of restaurants as well.

Per un hotel di bilancio, era sopra le mie aspettative. Ade la sua stessa marcia. Ci sono igiene, snack, ecc si può comprare direttamente alla reception. Ho la cova a qualche piano. E' pulito! anche sulle scale e sulla strada. Il riscaldamento d'acqua, la TV, i tovaglioli, ecc. Basi disponibili. Il parcheggio dell'hotel è stato ma limitato. Certamente lasciare una buona impressione per la mia impronta di notte. Mantenerlo.

L'ambiente circostante dell'hotel è davvero buono, come i dintorni della villa, ma la porta della stanza è una vecchia porta in legno massello, il tipo di porta dell'aula, c'è una sensazione di insicurezza, le strutture all'interno sono molto semplici, come l'hotel, nel complesso è ancora buono, principalmente a causa dell'atteggiamento del servizio molto buono?

Come to Penang for a short trip with families. PROs: 1) Good value for the rates because the room is spacious 2) Nice swimming pools which my kids really having fun time there 3) Good services provided. Feedback the lamp malfunction. Straight away technician came and fix it. CONs: 1) Location not at town centre. Opposite is USM, which also good FOR families of the US students 2) Check out time seems earlier at 11am and Check in at 3pm...
