EExplore the world with JosephI frequently staying at this property when travelling to Bintulu, mostly is the location nearby the town area and convenient access to the shopping mall by just walking. The hotel having its good maintenance in room and others facilities. In conclusion, the property is in good location and offer the best accommodation in town.

RRyan ThenI loved the ambience of this hotel, it was clean and comfortable. The room was also spacious and cozy.
The only drawbacks were the hotel was located slightly far away, where you need to take grab to access to places with good food etc.
And also my room was just facing the road, so you can actually hear the motorcycle racing in the midnight.

However, I encountered an issue with the water supply in the room. The water pressure was not strong enough, which made showering and using the sink somewhat inconvenient. Additionally, the water temperature was not consistently hot; it tended to fluctuate, and at times, it was uncomfortably cold.
This aspect of my stay was disappointing, as having a reliable and comfortable water supply is essential for a satisfactory hotel experience. I believe addressing this issue would significantly enhance the overall guest experience.
I trust that this feedback will be taken into consideration, and I hope to see improvements in the future. Despite this issue, I would consider staying at your hotel again, given the positive aspects of my visit.
