Location, good because near exit Ayer Keroh Not so good - amenities like towel, u have to request for extra even this room is for 3 pax. Other than that room is good Beds (1 single and 1 king) and pillow are comfy enough for 4 pax. Also got other amenities including breakfast for 3 pqx

Sangat recommended! Staff semua friendly. Siap dapat welcome drink lagi, sedappp! Pergi time weekdays best boleh puas mandi kat pool. Tapi walaupun takda orang, staff still ada jaga pool. Makanan sarapan banyak varieties cuma slack sup dia sejuk, sup kalau panas dah mantappp! At first ada problem keetle patah dgn peti ais takda tapi laju je staff datang hantar. Apa pun sangat sesuai untuk family vacay and thankyou Trip.com sebab service bagus

Necessità di depositare RM50 (rimborsabile) + Servizio fiscale locale RM2 (non rimborsabile). Situazione molto strategica per soggiornare se avete un evento presso Ayer Keroh esp in MitTC Melaka. Durante il weekend è disponibile un sacco di spazio di parcheggio. Durante il mio soggiorno, mi sono espresso per la pressione dell'acqua nel bagno (anche se mi sono fermato al livello 2). In generale, solo OK per stare per RnR in termini di prezzo offerto.

La camera spaziale, molto confortevole, ha tavolo da fare. La posizione vicino con la posizione attrazione come zoo e ufficio governativo. Puoi parcheggiare la macchina davanti all'hotel se non vuoi parcheggiare al seminterrato.

La struttura è molto attraente, l'atmosfera è molto vicina, il personale è molto attraente. Era pulito, elegante, accogliente con un servizio eccellente dove abbiamo cenato. La cena era buona e il grande valore per soldi e servizio era attento ed efficiente. La stanza stessa era ben attrezzata e confortevole. Ero molto contento del mio soggiorno. Spero di essere di nuovo per una visita più lunga in futuro

A very nice resort within the Melaka Forest Reserves, Ayer Keroh, Melaka. Very close to nature and away from hustle & bustle. The room is cozy and comfy, good cleanliness. Just park the car infront of room, very convenient.

Seri Malaysia (government incentive) hotels is a franchise of affordable family hotel that gives value of money. The one in Ayer Keroh Melaka is meant for the touristy Ayer Keroh area with surrounding tourist attractions. Now that Ayer Keroh’s novelty is lacking from its heydays (its been 3 decades), the area lacks visitors. Seri Malaysia could do with a complete makeover as it is well located and has large grounds and good traditional architecture. But here lies the dilemma, franchisee cannot afford the huge refurb cost so it remains as it is. Some rooms have been refurbished with carpet and drapes changed but the old fixtures are still there that takes back to its glory 30 years back. Common (not in room) ironing facilities and self service laundry machines. Service is lacklustre (the staff do try to do their best, mind you) maybe due to low morale because of sp**** occupants. Food is so so. With tourism struggling, there are many hotels that offer low rates to survive. It is the buyers market. Seri Malaysia may not be able to offer any lower rates but they can attract with better quality service and restaurant, perhaps with bundled tourist products and meeting package.

La stanza è ancora più grande, è più vecchia.Nessun ascensore, le scale sono più spazzatura.Sicuramente è un problema di alloggio!
