L'hotel è ben situato, le camere hanno tutto ciò che è necessario, stile industriale, solo che sono molto piccole. Il servizio di ricezione è sufficiente, sono gentili, soddisfano il vostro obiettivo, ma non aspettare una grande attenzione o andare oltre per cercare di aiutarti in qualcosa. Quello che si fa certamente notare in hotel è il vostro ristorante, sia che si va al colazione, pranzo o cena, la cena è molto buona, sia in presentazione che in sapore, e questo a prezzi molto accessibili, sicuramente consigliabile mangiare lì.
Hotel comodo e pulito. Ci siamo arrivati senza prenotazione e fortunatamente abbiamo trovato una camera, l'hotel si riempie rapidamente. Si trova in una strada transitata, ma la zona è tranquilla e sicura. Camere e spazio molto buono. Il prezzo include una colazione semplice abbastanza decente per iniziare il giorno.
Very much enjoyed our two night stay at the JWM Monterrey. Well located near restaurants and shops but unfortunately vehicles were prioritized over pedestrians at these establishments. Be careful when walking. That said the property is the nicest JW I’ve ever visited. The upgrade to the junior suite with a certificate was a wise move. The room featured 1.5 bathrooms and a very large footprint. Even though it was an odd numbered room on the second floor, we had no issues with outside noise. The enormous breakfast buffet is included for Bonvoy Platinum Elite and higher guests. It’s not to be missed. We also had the pool and fitness center to ourselves on a Monday afternoon. Only drawback was the executive lounge. It’s a beautiful and large space. The evening service fell far short of expectations set by JW properties in CDMX and Guadalajara. Food was presented at 6:30 PM but was not refreshed throughout the evening. No bartender was present and the lone staff member did not offer any cocktails or wine. The self service wine dispenser was empty. Around 7 PM the staff member disappeared. Gave up on the lounge after that.

Ottima attenzione, molto ben situato. Grande Personale alla Reception. Grandes camere, bellissime dettagli. Amazing Plaza! Ci hanno dato una grande stanza, bellissime vista e grande servizio. Taxi e Uber sono facili da arrivare e sono presi a disposizione campanelli tutto il tempo.
Noi siamo stati ospiti l'anno scorso e siamo tornati di nuovo, abbiamo trovato gli stessi dettagli dell'ultima volta. La persona che occupava l'albero non sapeva fornire informazioni generali, non c'erano macchine di ghiaccio in ogni piano e più di una volta chiese di assistenza alla ricezione e non rispondevano mai ai telefoni.
Indirizzo in reception il personale è stato molto attento, anche compagni e complimenti speciali a un signore maggiore che ci ha portato nella stanza una cucina per il nostro bambino, è stato molto gentile e servile.
The hotel gives you 1 tiny water bottle for coffee and 2 more tiny ones for drinking which is not enough for 2 people in hot weather. On the last day, we finally found a place nearby to buy water but there is no fridge in room to keep it cold. This is ridiculous. The internet worked on and off in the room which was frustrating too. On the positive side, the beds were comfortable. The terrace bar is a pleasant place to have a late afternoon drink. The location is good in that you can walk to some nice restaurants in metropolitan center. You can enter Fashion Drive mall directly from bottom floor.
My daughter chose the Safi Metropolitan as the main hotel for her May wedding; I stayed there for a week. The hotel itself and location are beautiful but the problem was that the air conditioning in all rooms, at least the ones from the wedding guests were not working properly. We had record heat, at 103°F, that week. The electricity kept going on and off and at one point I was stranded at the lobby for over an hour waiting for the electricity to come back. I also got stuck for a few seconds in the elevator when the electricity kept going on and off in the hotel. That day we were having the makeup test and even the makeup artist was stuck in the room with my daughter. We were staying on floor 31 so it was impossible for me to go up all those flights of stairs. The day of the wedding the whole weeding party including myself and bridesmaid had to get ready in full heat because the air conditioning in the suites were not working. The pictures had to be taken with all of us sweating; it ruined the whole experience for us. You could not even have a good night’s rest because you would wake up sweating during the night. Everyone was very nice at the hotel with the exception of one person in the front desk that was rude to me and my daughter. Every time you called the front desk, they did not answer so you would end up having to go all the way down to the lobby and then you would see lines of people waiting to check in; their system to check in needs to improve. All the guests that arrived for the wedding had to wait for hours to get their rooms even after the check in time. I would not stay here unless you love heat. Beautiful hotel and location but not worth the inconvenience.
Aunque el hotel está a buen precio y muy bien ubicado, no vale la pena, la atención al cliente es muy pobre y al querer dar feedback te das cuenta porque durante MES Y MEDIO (comprobable) busque a al nombrada Erika Aregullin Gonzalez, General Manager por email, en persona, por teléfono y nunca tuvo la atención de responder, o llamar o atenderme. Por segundo año consecutivo llevo a toooooooooodos mis invitados y clientes a su hotel por el encuentro de Liderazgo que hacemos, este año incluso los saqué del Quinta Real (GRAVE ERROR) para que estuvieran cerca y estuviéramos juntos y ni así te entregan un buen servicio. En la recepción son déspotas o ni están (tengo videos). Y la que se supone que si comprende el impacto de su MUY POBRE servicio, nunca se interesó. Verdaderamente deplorable ZERO al nivel de otros hoteles IHG ONE REWARDS. La verdad es que les recomiendo de todo corazón dar capacitación a su personal que tiene trato directo con sus clientes y en especial a su empleada Erika Aregullin Gonzalez, General Manager, para que comprenda la importancia del CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. De tooooooooooodos los hoteles del mundo que he visitado EL HOLIDADY INN MONTERREY VALLE ES POR MUCHO LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA DEL MUNDO. LITERALMENTE HABLANDO.
Solo pasé una noche ahí y no me quedaron ganas de volver. Como persona que ha trabajado en hotelería puedo decir que el servicio es muy malo, parece que te están haciendo el favor, nada serviciales. En el check out el chico si era muy atento, pero los del check in para nada. En el restaurantes aún peor. Además de que no me informaron que había cuota por servicio al cliente, y se olvidaron de cobrarme la bebida y me remarcó que me hacia el favor porque no me cobraría el 25% de servicio por esa compra.... Sobre las instalaciones, en general bien, solo el baño me pareció super incomodo ya que la tina esta super alta, y no hay tapete ni cosas anti derrapantes por lo que es fácil que suceda un accidente y definitvamente no para personas de edad avanzada. Lo mejor del hotel son las amenidades del baño que huelen delicioso. De ahi en mas dejaron mucho que desear,
