Buen lugar y muy cerca del aeropuerto, la razón principal por la cuál nos hospedamos allí. Nos tocó una habitación que daba hacia la carretera y me costó mucho descansar. Se escuchaba mucho ruido al pasar los trailers y camiones etc... No sé si en todas las habitaciones se escuchen demasiados ruidos. De ahí en fuera todo bien.

Hotel is pretty new so it’s still kept up quite nicely. However I found the staff here at both the front desk and the restaurant exceptional. We stayed here on two different occasions and they were both good. Rooms have the proper windows to quiet the noise outside. Also the hotel has a shuttle to the airport BUT NOT FROM THE AIRPORT so keep this in mind. Uber is not allowed at the airport so you will need to take a taxi by pre-paying inside the airport near the rental car area. If you’re in need of staying near the airport, this is the best choice by far. Breakfast is usually included and pretty good too, not that continental crap. Enjoy! 😀

Too noisy..

La signora del fronte era molto dolce, e anche se ne andò fuori per portare un camion nella mia stanza dopo aver scoperto che il mio bagaglio era perso. Fernando ci aspettava fuori mentre noi sedevamo vicino alla piscina. Era molto piacevole sorridendo quando portava le nostre bevande. Molto buone margarita. Grazie. Il giovane al dipartimento durante il check-out era molto utile nel garantire un Uber per il nostro viaggio all'aeroporto. L'hotel nel suo complesso è stato molto pulito e accogliente. Grazie a tutti i dipendenti che hanno reso la nostra notte scorsa in Messico molto gentile.

It was nice and clean. Breakfast was great and frontbdesk personel were very pleasant. Only wish it wasn't near a very busy and loud road.

due airplane delayed we went to Hotel but during check-in the recepcionist behavior was bad, because i wait during 30 min and after i asked about my check in, but the recepcionist only respond me in a bad way to need wait more time, when she only checked her business even other guests realized their bad treatment, and when receive my card she didn´t explain me anything about the light, and she didn´t give another card that i need to activate the lights until i asked her again, and the next day during breakfast although i ask t staff how to prepare Chilaquiles, just only reply us that they didn't speak english, so i would like to say that services would be better, but not now.

I was working on a pretty rough week. This hotel turned it around. Great desk personnel. Nice large room. I did get to learn a new way to turn on lights and television. Had to insert door key into wall slot. Everything lights up. Remove key and dark. Never saw that before. Thank you

Questo nuovo hotel è il primo di molte nuove strutture che saranno disponibili presto a GDL. In costruzione è un Shake Shack, ristorante Sushi, Wings e altro ancora. L'hotel è situato nel terminale e molto vicino a un salone VIP Starbucks e il Pass Priority, aperto 24 ore su 24 e con la propria sicurezza per l'ingresso rapido nel terminale. In primo luogo, il negozio d'albergo deve portare più roba e andare. In secondo luogo, ad eccezione del desk front, pochi dipendenti parlano inglese. Infine, la palestra, che è molto ben attrezzata, ha bisogno di asciugamani e telefoni cellulari. Il personale è fantastico, la sicurezza è molto alta e le camere sono tipiche di un moderno hotel di giorno. Ecco un pro tip, se si vuole evitare di pagare i prezzi aeroportuali, c'è un negozio di comodità OXO situato intorno al terminale nazionale che ha tutto quello che si ha bisogno più alcuni extra come tacos freschi, torte e caffè a prezzi ridicoli.
