Opportunità di miglioramento: Camere 1. considerare l'utilizzo di piccole bottiglie d'acqua che possono entrare nel frigobar. L'acqua fredda dopo una giornata calda è un punto di svolta! Melange 1. Surf e tappeto erboso: i grandi gamberi e la carne di aragosta erano congelati e non erano molto attraenti. Dopo la griglia, la carne si è rivelata parzialmente molliccia, il che è un punto negativo. 2. Suggerimento: per la griglia, cucinare su ordinazione invece di preparare il cibo e lasciarlo sotto una lampada riscaldante. Cioè. cotolette di agnello, costolette di maiale, branzino alla griglia, ecc. Il cibo appena grigliato ha un sapore migliore e mantiene l'alta qualità. Il cibo grigliato lasciato sotto una lampada riscaldante diventa molliccio o troppo duro. 3. Stesso suggerimento per i waffle per la colazione: prepararli su ordinazione piuttosto che lasciarli nei piatti pronti per essere consumati. Esempi di ottimo servizio: 1. Mariana ci ha aiutato a preparare un secchiello del ghiaccio con champagne anche se il commento sulla luna di miele non era stato originariamente registrato da trip.com e pullman. È stata molto disponibile e ricorda cosa dicono i clienti. Il massimo dei voti e molto apprezzato! 2. Tutti i conducenti di buggy salutano al momento del ritiro e alcuni hanno persino fatto di tutto per fare retromarcia in modo da poter riprendere le mante in acque poco profonde al largo della nostra villa. Veramente meritevole dell'ottimo numero di servizio! 3. Tutti i camerieri che servono in tutti i ristoranti chiedono sempre se vogliamo che l'acqua inizi. Sembra una SOP ma ci piace! Coerente e servizio con un sorriso! È stata davvero un'ottima esperienza e mi piacerebbe tornare di nuovo!

We stayed for 5 nights in an over water villa in August, their rainy season. The room was very comfortable with a modern bathroom and an outdoor shower and a deck overlooking the bay. Wifi throughout the resort was excellent. We arrived on a rainy day so not the best way to see the resort. It was an hour flight from Male. The resort was only a 2 minute golf cart ride from the airport which was actually great because the staff took care of our check in and we could stay longer at the resort before departing. What made our stay so memorable were the staff from Nazeer at the welcome to Nazeer seeing us off. EVERY member of the staff at the resort during our stay were friendly, helpful and had a great attitude. In terms of the people, it was easily the best resort we have stayed at. The staff at the airport were great, helping us navigate the mayhem both on arrival and departing. The resort is small and more quiet compared to Caribbean standards and is 4 star. In terms of service it felt 5 star. The infinity pool was very large and the gym was small but functional. It may not offer as many activity options but between snorkelling from our dock to the pool and gym, we had plenty to do. The food was excellent with plenty of variety. When you wanted something they always seemed to be able to provide it. Breakfast perhaps changed the least from day to day. The activités were clearly laid out on their app. Unfortunately, the day we wanted to go on the snorkelling excursion, it was cancelled because of the weather. We also liked that it is adults only. The only knock would be that any extras that were not part of the AI package were expensive. We chose not to do any. Also flies were a nuisance anytime you chose to eat outdoors, even on our deck they managed to find us. We would definitely recommend to a couple.

Arrival process We arrived at 1425 and were booked on the 1815 internal flight, they met us on arrival and rushed us through to move us onto an earlier flight at 1435 which was running late (departed at 1630). Our luggage was 22kgs each, but we were not charged at the airport (maybe because they were rushing us through). The flight is an hour and then you are met and taken to the boat which takes about 10 minutes. The jetty arrives on Dhigurah (will refer to as D island) and we were taken in a buggy over to Falhumaafushi (will refer to as F island) which took about 10 minutes. During check-in it became apparent that everything is already booked up, we were staying for 10 nights from the 16th of Feb and had booked 5 nights in a water bungalow and then 5 nights in a water bungalow with pool. We had enquired about Vibes private dining before arrival for which we had received menus, we asked if we could book this for our last night on the 25th for my husband’s birthday and was told it was full for the duration of our stay, you can imagine our dismay, why were we not told to book in advance? Also, you are allowed to eat in the 2 ala carte restaurants, but only 1 visit to each is permitted, these had been pre-booked by the hotel ,so we could not change them to dates we preferred as everything was booked for the next 10 nights. Eventually they were able to book Vibes for the 23rd and an extra night in the ala carte on the 25th for the birthday. We found this a bit too much after travelling for so long on arrival. The hotel needs to change its policy so that you cannot pre-book before arrival or advise everyone to do so to avoid disappointment. We were taken to our room 324, at this time it was raining very heavily, and we found our suitcases left outside the room. Once opened, 95% of all our clothes were wet, this was beyond comprehension, why would you leave bags outside a room in a location that is susceptible to unexpected rain, especially when the room is not occupied. We went back to reception to speak to the manager, he agreed to get all our clothes, washed, dried, and ironed to be returned by the following evening (2 of my husband’s shirts were ruined from the ironing as it left them shiny, which were brand new). He also upgraded our room to a deluxe overwater villa with pool (will comment later on the room). He said that he would change the process on bags being left outside rooms to avoid this in future, but we saw bags left outside doors so was disappointing to see something so easily fixed was not done. Rooms Our initial room was 324 water bungalow on the sunset side. The villa is a nice size, but there is only air conditioning in the bedroom, the living area and bathroom only have ceiling fans so would feel very hot (were glad we were not ill as that compounded with a hot toilet would not have been pretty).
