VVanietta1987Dopo diverse ricerche e valutazioni abbiamo deciso di trascorrere parte della nostra vacanza al Laguna Blue Resort e....ci abbiamo lasciato il cuore! Questo resort è una vera perla e oasi di pace in una delle zone di mare più belle del Madagascar! I gestori, Emanuela ed Ernesto, sono adorabili e sono riusciti a dare la giusta impronta italiana anche se, essendo un posto abbastanza remoto, non è sicuramente facile. I bungalow sono molto semplici ma hanno tutto il necessario, c'è anche il bidet che a noi italiani sta molto a cuore Vengono dati in dotazione anche gli accappatoi e il phon (questo ultimo su richiesta). Pulizia accettabile. La spiaggia è meravigliosa, bianca borotalco e gli amanti delle passeggiate potranno sfruttarla al meglio! È presente il fenomeno delle maree ma a mio avviso non è un punto negativo anzi... è molto affascinante e puoi passeggiare tra le pozze che si formano per osservare conchiglie di ogni genere, stelle marine e pesciolini! Abbiamo fatto diverse escursioni e senza dubbio la giornata in piroga ad avvistare le balene ci ha molto emozionato, ne abbiamo viste tantissime anche molto vicine che saltavano, sbattevano code e pinne, c'erano anche le mamme con i cuccioli. Poi sempre in piroga abbiamo raggiunto e trascorso una giornata Alla Baia degli Assassini (posto meraviglioso per stare in spiaggia in completo relax) e a piedi (circa 20 minuti dal resort) abbiamo raggiunto la spiaggia delle stelle marine visibili con la bassa marea. Il vento, più o meno forte, è stato quasi sempre una costante ma quando non troppo forte era piacevole. Il mare x i nostri gusti era un po' freddo per fare lunghi bagni e/o snorkeling quindi consiglio una mezza muta leggera. E ora veniamo all'altro punto forte: la cucina e il cibo! Ernesto è un cuoco molto bravo e riesce a valorizzare le materie prime che ogni giorno arrivano fresche (abbiamo visto arrivare aragoste, pesci vari, pomodori, ecc) quindi non sentirete la mancanza del nostro cibo Il wifi è presente solo nella zona ristorante ma con connettività dati molto limitata. Per arrivare sono necessarie circa 4/5 ore di fuoristrada su ”non” strade di sabbia tra vegetazione, mangrovie e villaggi. Per concludere, consigliamo vivamente questa meraviglia e ringraziamo di cuore Emanuela, Ernesto, Michael e tutto lo staff per la gentilezza, disponibilità e i fantastici giorni passati insieme ❤️

Ce restaurant est dans l'hôtel ”Princesse du Lagon ” sur la plage de Mangily à 22km au Nord de Toliara sur la RN9. L'aspect extérieur est avenant et la terrasse du restaurant domine la plage avec des tables espacées dans un décors assez agréable . L'accueil est correct et les plats proposés sont écrits sur un tableau avec une bonne variété entre poissons , crustacés , viandes et plats régionaux . Je constate qu'à Toliara et ses alentours , le prix des plats est toujours dans les mêmes ordres de valeur ( 22.000 Ar chaque plat ). C'est donc la qualité qui fait la différence . Nous avons commandé , une marmite du pêcheur qui , en fait s'avère être des calamars grillés avec quelques morceaux poissons ( la notion de marmite est ici très vague) et un poisson grillé avec frites et pommes sautées . La pseudo marmite était de qualité moyenne , quand à mon poisson , il était sans gout , les frites molles et grasses à suer de l'huile de couleur foncée et les pommes sautées du même style et en plus , tièdes . Il y avait en tout 4 clients dans le restaurant , ce qui ne devrait pas être la cause d'un stress excessif du” cuisinier ” !! Les jus goyave et fruit de la passion, avaient oublié leur gout à 6.000 Ar chacun . ( 1 euro = 4600 Ar )
