Buongiorno, Non mettero' più i piedi in questo hotel a causa di un agente di sicurezza. Eh si'! A volte un semplice agente di sicurezza può danneggiare la reputazione di un intero istituto. Sono sempre stato un cliente fedele, ma qui è intollerabile. Volevo parcheggiare al parcheggio dell’hotel, ma c’era una barriera. E quando ho chiesto all’agente di sicurezza, mi ha detto che era riservato a una camionetta dell’hotel. Quindi mi sono fermato più lontano, ma quando sono sceso dalla mia macchina, ho visto l’agente che stava rimuovendo la barriera per farsi parcheggiare. Quando gli ho chiesto, mi ha detto che il signore avrebbe lasciato l’hotel alle 4 del mattino e che la camion sarebbe arrivata alle 6 del mattino. Ho lasciato l’hotel il giorno dopo alle 9:30 e la macchina era ancora lì. Ho trovato un altro agente di sicurezza la mattina che mi ha confermato che non era la prima volta che un cliente lo chiedeva. È veramente vergognoso. È successo il 23 gennaio 2024 alle 23:45 per l’amministrazione sapere di quale agente parlo. L’ho già firmato alla ricevitore.

The staff here don't know how to look after customers or complaints. Our first room had tiles falling off the wall, unfinished grout and a musky odor. Our second room was fine, however the design of the basic rooms leaves a lot to be desired. They haven't been updated since they first opened by the looks of it, sub par for a 5 star hotel. More verging on a rundown 3 star room. When I wasn't with my wife, she would be asked what her room number is, this happened on 3 occasions. The staff aren't proactive, you must always call them over or get up and walk to them to get attention for little things. They never replenished our water in the 4 nights we were there, each time having to talk to someone. Or calling concierge. We were told and checkin that our return transfer would be complimentary, it wasn't and I had to have that removed from my bill. We burned ourselves at breakfast due to the faulty bread toster, staff just watched as things happened, no one ever asked to help. You must be self sufficient in this hotel, unless your Arab or French. The hotel manager was informed of all of this at checkout. No remedy was taken, if anything condescending remarks on how I said it was ”okay” in the morning the single time she asked if everything was fine. I should've refused to pay the bill. Terrible place. 1 star. Ruined the end of our holiday.

I have been a member of the All program since at least 2011 and have visited 45 different Accor hotels since then. This is my worst experience in a Accor hotel. I made my reservation several months ago for a stay from August 14 to 20 with my wife, our two 3-year-old daughters and our two-month-old baby. According to the description on the All website, it is an ”executive villa with 2 bedrooms, private heated pool and butler service with a Check-in at 3:00 p.m.” Before coming, I exchanged several emails with the hotel, clearly mentioning the ages of my three children. We arrived at the hotel on August 14 at 3:00 p.m. - We waited 90 minutes before having access to the villa because it was not ready. - When we had access to the villa, we discovered that the second bedroom is upstairs with stairs located outside. This does not correspond at all to the description and photos on the site. The hotel could have stipulated this to me in our email exchanges because it is absolutely not suitable for 3-year-old children. Result: we had to install children's beds in the living room. - The swimming pool is located exactly 20 meters from the beach restaurant and is exposed to it. There is therefore no privacy as the photos and description suggest. The smells from the kitchen are overwhelming. And the trash can is located very close to the entrance to the villa. - The water in the pool was cold. We were told that the pool was only heated at the customer's request and that it would take 48 hours. The technician came several times to try to fix it. - In the villa, several materials were damaged. The toilets in the bathrooms were not flushing properly. The ventilation was making a noise that kept us awake. - The butler did not give us his phone number until 6:30pm. He was unable to help us. - At 5:30pm, a manager (Mehdi) came to tell us that the hotel manager was coming to see us. He never came. He passed on the message via his manager that the villa had been like this since the hotel opened; without any attempt at a realistic solution or excuse. Speaking with staff members, it seems that we are not the first to notice a significant discrepancy between the description of the villa and its dilapidated state. It is not suitable for young children or even people with disabilities. This should be mentioned on the website.

È stato appena tornato da una settimana a questo grande piccolo appartamento hotel.Ottimo valore per soldi. Buona posizione tranquilla, ma facile passeggiata dalla splendida spiaggia e dal centro di bar e ristoranti e negozi.Very clean. Il servizio è eccellente da tutti i funzionari amichevoli, soprattutto Youssef e Abdul.Niente è troppo problema.Il buffet è eccellente con molta scelta e sono molto difficile da piacere. Le camere sono grandi e confortevoli con strutture per la cura per voi se volete.Balconi sono grandi e vista sulla piscina e océano.La piscina è eccellente e abbondante di asciugamani freschi disponibili spero che in futuro saranno considerare di avere un bar e un ristorante per cena e offrire scambio di denaro.Grazie per una settimana molto piacevole al tuo hotel a Agadir

La stanza è a posto. Poiché è un appartamento, il frigorifero (frigorifero + frigorifero) è grande, induzione, e c'è una cucina dove si può cucinare. La stanza era molto grande e la terrazza era buona, ma il bagno era piccolo e il bacino era piccolo, quindi era un po' deludente che lo spazio per i bagni fosse piccolo. La colazione non è disponibile separatamente e si deve pagare separatamente per utilizzare il bagno e lo sport. E non c'era nessun manuale nella stanza, quindi ho dovuto andare alla ricezione e chiedere informazioni per usare il servizio. Era un nuovo edificio, quindi era tutto pulito, ma c'erano alcuni medici che dovevano tornare a visitare.
