Scopri il tuo soggiorno a Clervaux

Abbiamo prenotato una stanza in questo hotel solo per un fine settimana, ma sicuramente torneremo di nuovo per un soggiorno più lungo. Ci sono stati piaceri del spa, ci sono stati deliziosi pasti e colazione completa, bellissimi posti intorno per visitare in auto o a piedi. La pulizia era anche buona, nessuna denuncia. Nessuna lunga coda o altre questioni durante il processo di check-in o check-out. Che posso dire? È stato un soggiorno perfetto per noi!

Luogo incantevole e ben strutturato con una sala banchetto stupenda ed un ristorante di qualità. Ma piccoli dettagli negativi cumulati fanno che il soggiorno è stato piuttosto deludente ed è un peccato perché basta poco per rimediare. 1) Check-in : mi si chiede la carta di credito perché sembra che il soggiorno non è ancora stato pagato, chiedo di verificare ed ecco che risulta pagato. 2) Arrivo in camera, è fredda peccato voglio rilassarmi ma la temperatura non è piacevole. 3) Arrivo in sala wellness l’acqua della grotta è sicuramente un paio di gradi sotto la temperatura piacevole. 4) Ristorante sicuramente buonissimo, peccato che ci sediamo alle 20:30 ed usciamo alle 23:20. Servizio lentissimo e sembra che sia un problema costante leggendo altre recensioni. 5) Alla reception delle terme mi chiedono di pagare perché non trovano la mia prenotazione dei massaggi, poi dopo ulteriore ricerca ecco che spunta. 6) Chiedo di poter fare il Check-out con 20 minuti di ritardo perché i massaggi terminano alle 11:00 ma nessuna flessibilità. Insomma per un soggiorno di appena 18 ore penso che siano troppi errori per un 4 stelle S. Peccato perché basterebbe poco per renderlo un posto esclusivo. Sono deluso

Très bel hôtel. Avec parking. Les personnes (accueil, service...) était accueillantes. Notre chambre (5) au 1er étage était très très bien. Litterie très confortable. Très propre. Buffet petit déjeuner varié. Nous avons vraiment apprécié. A notre prochaine visite dans ce coin, nous y retournerons sans hésiter. Pour info: 110 euros pour la chambre double avec 2 petits déjeuners.

It was our second stay in this hotel. For our purpose (to visit the shopping center of Massen and Schmiede) the location is perfect. The staff at the reception addressed us in Dutch which was a nice surprise as Dutch is our mother tongue. Staff at hotel (reception, housekeeper, breakfast) was very friendly and helpful. Although it was not mentioned at check-in, we were given a comfort room instead of the standard room we booked, of course this was a pleasant surprise. The comfort room is a lot larger and specious and very nice. Beds are great and of very good quality. One of our friends who travelled with us, suffers from an allergy and he did not sleep so well because of the carpet in the room. But for us it was perfect. There is a free bottle of water in the room and a machine with drinks you can purchase (soft drinks) in the hall and also a microwave and plates you can use are at disposal in the hall. The coffee was with powder and a water boiler, we prefer a small coffee machine with pads or so in the room as that quality of coffee is better. We had a terrace but due to the bad weather we could not enjoy it. Bathroom was spacious with a very good shower. One point of remark: the product in the shower was same for hands, hair and body. We never use the same product to wash our hair or our body so we don't like this (but I brought my own products from home). Breakfast is excellent with a large choice of all products (including smoked salmon). The breakfast room is not very big and can get very noisy and busy at rush moments. Also at the coffee machine there might be some delay. Only remark here: the floor of the breakfast room was ”sticky” so maybe it needs some extra cleaning. As for parking space, there is a big shopping center next to the hotel so parking can be very full and sometimes you need to search for a spare parking space and walk a little further with your luggage (not comfortable with the weather we had). Towards the evening I put the car closer by as it was standing at the end of the parking space at first. We enjoyed our stay here again and will definitely be back.

La coppia è andata a bastogne da sola, senza trovare l'alloggio appropriato, e ha vissuto in questo hotel di Wiltz, a vent' minuti di auto, con una sorpresa inaspettata.Il campo è circondato da una piccola città montagna, e il castello vicino è stato concentrato nel museo locale, tra cui il Museo del campo di battaglia di Aden della seconda guerra mondiale. La colazione è ricca e buon gusto.Aiutaci a ridurre la fatica durante il viaggio.
