Check-In It was a very smooth experience. The process was completed in under 4minutes. The staff was well prepared with the room keys, offered a letter about the dinning options and hotel facility. At the reception the team included all Japanese speak but with multiple language skills like English, Hindi, Nepali, etc. Hotel reception also offers the guest to buy the face mask of various character to choose from. Room It was my repeat stay in this property. The room was prepared immaculately. The amenities were placed in the room included small water bottle, iron/iron board, mini vault for storing valuables, the alarm clock with facility to play songs. The bathroom also had bathing amenity like shower gel, hand soap bar, shampoo/conditioner. The room was also poorly lit as 3 of the lights were not working. In the complete room it was just 1 bulb that was functional. Room Service menu It houses a deep illustration of food items available for children/ adult. Besides that it also gives multiple option of beverages. The price are little bit expensive as compared to other properties in the region. Business center The hotel offers the use of computer on the mezzanine floor. It has 2 station, i.e 1 for English keyboard and 1 for Japanese keyboard. Sadly there is no printing facility. There is not printer provided, however if anyone want to print they need to sent the email to front desk email and they will print for the customer. It leaves me with a thought about the privacy of the documents. Hmmm. Something to look into. Restaurant Dinning The hotel practice social distancing. It offers the use of hand sanitiser, plastic gloves, and face mask. The ground floor restaurant is big with seating facility of over 75pax. The staff was very polite and humble in approach. While waiting for my turn I was promptly attended, asked if I would like a dine in or take away. I was escorted to a table of my choice, offered the menu and poured the ice cold water. The food was tasty, as per Japanese cuisine. The portion was substantially big, with a lot of accompaniments. Towards the end of the dinning experience it got busy with a lot of customers came in to dine. Overall a good experience. Checkout The hotel practices social distancing. The check out was prompt. With no bills to settle they offer a drop box to put the key. Points of concerns:- 1. The room was not as per my expectation this time as the toilet bowl was dirty with black strains in it. 2. The room was not sufficiently lit. 3. Printing facility to maintain privacy of documents.

Very fine Hotel. Highly recommended for thise who are looking for hotels to spend their self-quarantine period. Breakfast will be delivered to your cabin door. There is a convenience store in a fairly close distance. Also available to those who are using Narita Internation Airport Quarantine Shuttle Bus. The Hotel also provides free shuttle back to the Narita Airport, enabling fast move via Narita Skylines.

Room is small but still acceptable. Reception service is awesome and they even have free shuttle bus to Narita airport for early morning flight (with reservations through counter). Free coffee and free bath powder at G floor Everything is fine.

The room was clean except for some stains in the bed sheet. I was on the 2nd flr. So it was a bit noisy. Choosing a room on the upper levels is much better. Breakfast was good.

Quindi, se c'è un bagaglio, può essere gestito con forza alla stazione di Chen Tin, e le scarpe della stazione di cammino sono molto stanche.Dirlo all'aeroporto deve fare il tuo lavoro in anticipo e studiare una mappa. Per raggiungere il corridoio di ferro ad alta velocità, vedrai l'hotel.Per quanto riguarda l'entusiasmo dell'ospite, voglio dire che questo è un hotel giapponese piuttosto che occidentale.Il personale che gestisce il soggiorno è molto consapevole del servizio e mi ha portato all'hotel al terzo piano con attenzione, e il hall non appartiene all'hotel. Come tutte le altre politiche governative attuate in tutti gli hotel, quando si tratta di soggiorno, ci sono anche richieste di passaporto o di certificato di identità giornaliera.Ho scoperto che la loro capacità inglese non è ancora in grado di comunicare, ma non mi aspetterò che tutte le vostre domande possano essere risolte. La stanza dell'hotel è tranquilla, pulita e confortevole.La superficie della stanza dell'hotel giapponese e dell'hotel occidentale sono naturalmente visibili.Ma le esigenze di base di soggiorno possono essere soddisfatte: tavola, bagno, letto.Il paesaggio della stanza è molto noioso, proprio contro il muro di un altro edificio. Non c'è niente di strano nella stanza, super pulito.Ci sono colazione di colazione.Il tempo di fornitura è lo stesso ogni giorno, è lo stile di lavoro giapponese. Non puoi fare niente prima o dopo un minuto.Il cibo non è lo stile occidentale, non c'è speranza. Ho dormito una notte e sono partito presto la mattina, quindi non so quando sono andato.Dopo il mio soggiorno, ho preso il treno per Yayyuan e Tokyo.L'hotel è situato nel quartiere di Chengdao, dall'altro lato dell'hotel, e poi andare a piedi per mezz'ora, posso trovare queste attrazioni di Buddha. Sulla strada troverete la vita giapponese vera e sentirete il ritmo della vita diverso da quello delle città occidentali di Tokyo.

The hotel was very clean. The hotel front desk staff are very courteous and professional. The location is outstanding, 6 minute walk from terminal 1. The free hotel bus operates on schedule and the drivers are all courteous and helpful!!
