周辺の観光とセットされたツアーで7月に５連泊しました。洋室は広々としていていましたが、建物が古くエアコンが効きすぎているのに、ベットに毛布がセットされてなくて寒いので持ってきてもらいました。古いので部屋番号のプレート付きの古いタイプの鍵、金庫の鍵もあるので持ち運びにかさばるのも仕方がない。氷をもらえるかと聞くと、フロントで1㎏入くらいのを300円で販売していますと。信じられません。バイキング会場で紙コップに入れて持っていこうとすると、止められました。買えってことですね。食事は5泊のうち4回ディナーバイキングがセットされていたのですが、もれなくセットされている”海山の一皿”蟹半身とローストビーフが、2回目から冷え切った”サザエのつぼ焼き”だけ。また次の日は”赤魚の煮つけ（冷凍魚？）”だけに。今まで連泊したツアーのディナーバイキングで、勝手に材料費ケチったメニューに替えられたことは無かったのに、なんという扱い。ディナーバイキングがおいしそうでこのツアーを選んだのに、トホホです。もう一つの押しのメニュー、シーザーサラダですが水煮大豆とこんにゃくのサラダが、ロメインレタスじゃない普通のレタスの葉っぱに隠れていて、口に入れてウエッとなりました。こういうメニューを提供しているのをダイワホテル本部は承知なのでしょうか？他のツアーを選んだら良かったと後悔しました。ただ良いところは、フロントのスタッフさん。私の困りごとにとても親切に対応いただきました。外国籍の方の対応が素晴らしく、４つ星級以上でした。

UUtente ospiteNon mi aspettavo l'immagine dell'hotel del montagnatore, ma sono stato ben tradito!La sala è stata rinnovata e molto pulita e confortevole, tra cui la zona pubblica e ogni stanza.Naturalmente, il lavoro pulito all'angolo 々 è perfetto. Tutti i bagni e i bagni sono stati decorati in modo splendido e sono stati brillanti.La risposta ai bambini è anche fantastica.Tutti i dipendenti sono molto amichevoli ai bambini.Sono impressionato dal pranzo. Non mi sono mai aspettato troppo, perché le foto sulla prima pagina di TripAdvisor, ma questa è una pellicola di pietra, anche Gohonsho.Tutto è fatto con molta attenzione e molto delizioso.I piatti per bambini sono fatti a mano, deliziosi e dolci.
