"The best onsen experience I’ve had. The entire property is packed with care and kindness by the staff and fully equipped with everything you need from toiletries to happy hour. The kaiseki dinner was one of the best I’ve had - not only the food but also the setting and presentation. Incredible to use the next door hotels big onsen and the outdoor onsen was beautifully landscaped. The most gentle and intimate care of the staff really helped me relax and unwind the years hard work and stress. My mother very much loved as well. Thank you Sanyoan. "彼女との初旅行で利用しました。 釧路から2時間もかからないぐらいで到着しました。 部屋は和室で広々としていて雰囲気も最高でした。 チェックインしてすぐ夜のビッフェに向かいました。 なんと刺身、天ぷら、ビーフステーキ、角煮などが食べれて 今までのビッフェで一番記憶に残りました。 食べ終わったら次は温泉へ向かいました。 モール温泉でサウナ、露天風呂付きで整いました。 ちょっとお酒を飲んで、夜は布団で眠る、至福の時間でした。 朝起きて朝のビッフェに行くと、とっびこが食べ放題！ 他にも美味しい料理がたくさんあり朝から幸せでした。 帯広市内からも近く大変おすすめです。"

"非常值得的一家酒店。 在帶廣火車站可以去旅遊中心拿免費券，直接坐到酒店門口。不想等公交，打車人民幣150元左右。 趕在日落時分到的酒店，一下車就看到了門口大橋下的丹頂鶴，還飛過去了幾波天鵝，寧靜又治癒。 晚餐自助很不錯。有肉有生魚片還有酒水暢飲吃得非常開心。 我花了一千多日元，延時了一個小時退房。退房之後，下一班公交車還要等一個多小時。這段時間正好是酒店的清掃時間。他們是真的很認真在打掃，我還看到有人跪在地上擦廁所的地，所以衞生方面不要擔心。 上大巴車之前，忘記了行李還寄存在前台，前台小姐姐冒着寒風到門口，把行李給我送過來。要是真的落在酒店，我在回去拿不知道還要折騰多久。非常感謝！"
