Connessione diretta alla stazione, anche se un po'di pioggia e'bello ...... la reception, e' molto lenta, ma molto educata. Sono molto soddisfatto, perche' ho fatto bene, e' la prima volta che ho detto di portarmi la cosa preferita.Non mi interessa la voce del corridoio, e' la mattina di Danny.

This was the perfect hotel to stay at for the price! It was a short subway ride to Disneyland, which was our main purpose for being in Tokyo this trip. It was super easy to go next door to the station and hop on the subway. Our room for two people was tiny but that’s typical for hotels in Tokyo. It was perfect for what we needed though since we weren’t going to be hanging around there much.

L'hotel è a Pechino Zinjitian, a sud di South Avenue, e c'è una porta vicino al supermercato. Il telecamere è diretto al hall dell'hotel al 10° piano.Quando Chengdao arriva, è molto conveniente, non c'è bisogno di un autobus, la colazione è buona, può essere personalizzata secondo le istruzioni dell'hotel.

Proprio accanto alla stazione ferroviaria e terminale di autobus, ottima struttura e funzionario educato e attento, oltre a non essere molto costoso.

It’s an older motel with front of house staff that have been working in the hospitality industry for a while. I arrived before the check in time (3pm ~), I was checked in just before 3pm which I didn’t expect. Courteous, friendly staff. Breakfast was included in the 2 night stay - it was a simple Japanese meal that was easy sustenance - free servings of rice and soup. The staff made it a homely atmosphere with constant attention to guests asking them if they wanted more of what was available. Room 720 faced the busy Highway but also had a great view that included sky tree. I could open the large single pane window and thought it was a unique point. Cleaning staff were mainly foreign, all young and polite also. They knocked on doors to ask if rubbish needed removing and rooms cleaned. I didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant on 10F or the public bath and sauna - maybe next time. suggestions: (1) housekeeping: a quick dusting by cleaning staff (feather duster if not wet tissues) - the hotel is clean and even though it isn’t a 5 star hotel it makes a difference. The feather duster can easily reach corners of drawers and tables. Bathroom air filters can easily be cleaned with wet tissues. (2) room cards for cleaning- more specific than a don’t disturb card. it will save time for housekeepers as they knock on room doors to ask if rooms need to be cleaned. They can focus on cleaning and do a better job on a hotel that has been kept going for a while.

1. 도쿄 외각(동부쪽)인 미나미 후나바시&후나바시 케이바조 역 근처 위치 (나리타 국제공항에서 직행 코스 존재) 2. 시설: 코 앞 편의점 1개, 주변부 대형 마트같은 곳 있긴 함 / 숙소는 생각보다 깨끗하나, 투숙객 예약 시기가 텀이 있는지, 책상 & 주방(식기류, 커피 포트 등) 신경 안 쓰면 먼지 쌓이는 곳에는 전혀 청소가 되지 않은 것이 있음.(일회용품이 구비되어 있긴하나 종류가 많진 않음.) 3. 2번의 단점이 존재하나, 생각보다 아늑하며 성인 남성 3명이서도 충분히 있을 만함. (개인적으로 침대 매트리스가 단단해서 좋았음) 4. 디즈니랜드만 가는 일정이면 해당 숙소는 생각 외로 추천할 만한 곳임.

Superb, but the soundproof is bad. Soundproof is good on train noise but you may hear the noise from other room especially when they open/close door. Lucky there is still quiet when I was staying.

Non mi piace parlare ad alta pressione quando si cancella.Poiché è stato cancellato tre giorni fa, ho ricevuto circa la metà della tassa di cancellazione. Mi dispiace, ho dato il punteggio minimo perché penso che l'annullamento ad alta pressione sia ovvio. Anche se sono stato immediatamente riempito di GOTO, sono stato prelevato un canone di annullamento, che è sorprendente per me, perché ho fatto un sacco di viaggio.※ ho anche prelevato un canone di annullamento all'inizio. Quando ho sottolineato, ho ricevuto l'importo prescritto, ma anche se ho riscosso la tassa di cancellazione secondo le regole, mi sento molto ambiguo.
