清潔で職員さん達は、ほとんどの方が親切でした。
そのうちの、１人２人は、なんだかなーと言う人もいましたが、仕方無いんでしょうね。
レストランは、薄味で健康に気をつけている、
朝食でした。また、中華のお料理も、美味しく頂きました。
温泉も、良かったし、何よりフロントの職員さん達が、本当に良くして頂きました。
お土産を選ぶのも、助けて頂きました。
また、行きたいと思います。

Meno di cinque minuti a piedi dalla stazione Ku Road, e vicino alla stazione di autobus davanti alla stazione, quindi è molto conveniente andare in ogni parte della città.La stanza è grande, le strutture sono necessarie e sufficienti per una persona.

YYi ShieanNestled by the serene Lake Akan, Tsuruga Akan Resort offers an immersive onsen experience wrapped in Ainu heritage and modern luxury. While the resort falls short on its buffet—a rather underwhelming spread given the price range comparable to other premium onsen resorts—it more than makes up for it with its impressive array of onsen baths, each designed to provide a unique and rejuvenating experience.
The resort is split between the Main Building and the newer Wing Building. The Main Building exudes a more traditional atmosphere, while the Wing Building presents a contemporary take on relaxation, but both are bound together by their dedication to Ainu motifs—from the intricately designed lift doors to the towels, celebrating the indigenous culture of Hokkaido.
The onsen baths are, without a doubt, the crown jewel of the resort. In the Main Building, the basement offers an extraordinary variety of baths, from the enchanting Cave Bath to the rustic Log Bath, carved from a thousand-year-old tree. The Bubble Bath delivers a gentle, soothing soak, but the Massage Bath steals the show. With water shooting from a high ceiling, targeting sore muscles in the shoulders and back, it’s a deeply therapeutic experience.
On the 8th floor, the sauna is housed in a stunning dome-shaped glass structure, offering unobstructed views of the sky while you steam. However, the real spectacle lies at the basement’s open-air bath, which directly overlooks Lake Akan. The sight of the lake at dawn, with the morning mist hovering above the water, is nothing short of breathtaking.
The Wing Building showcases a more modern onsen experience, headlined by its hot stone sauna. It blends traditional and contemporary design, featuring hot and cold stone rooms adorned with intricate Ainu-inspired motifs. It’s an ideal retreat for those seeking a fusion of modern wellness with cultural depth.
An added touch of luxury is the availability of centennial Akan spring water, served for drinking at the onsen baths. Renowned for its purity and health benefits, it’s a refreshing complement to the onsen experience, keeping guests hydrated while they indulge in the various baths.
While the buffet could use an upgrade to match the overall quality of the resort, the unmatched variety of onsen baths more than compensates. The meticulous attention to design, cultural elements, and breathtaking views make this resort a standout among onsen destinations.

UUtente ospiteGreat hotel but very little English spoken by the staff. Location is convenient for fast food and Fisherman’s Wharf and farmers market.
A word of advice. Choose a larger room. I was there for several days and appreciated the extra room. I saw some of their standard room and they sure looked a bit small. Kuchiro is a compact city and easy to walk around on foot. This is a nice hotel. Restaurant is good, but breakfast buffet has very small potions to take. They are also very strict on their closing time. They expect you out when the restaurant is set to close.
All in all I think the best choice in Kuchiro.

However, we were surprised to learn that this dormy inn offers iced coffee, oolong teas, and pops during 3-9pm, where normal dormy inns would just offer regular hot coffee and americanos. We were so lucky to be able to watch and experience the sunset on the top floor resting area (where the onsen is also location on). The sunset was stunning (tho the ANA Crowne Plaza blocked some of the view) and it was one of the most beautiful sunset i've ever experienced.

UUtente ospiteThis hotel is very new, local next to the bus terminal and actually part of the hotel is used for the bus office / terminal. They provide free drinks (including alcohol) from 3pm to 9pm in the restaurant, enjoy when it is available.
The breakfast has a limited choice, but it is a buffet. The public bath is shared between men and women with time slots. Around 300 yen for washing but drying is free. The room was rather small but they put a huge double decker bed with a king size bed in the bottom, it was a comfortable sleep but not much room to move in the room. Key is using a number lock system which is quite interesting. A super huge TV in the room mounted to the wall. My room is facing east and I able to see sunrise in the morning.
Note that there are quite a few pot holes from the train station to the hotel. During that day, when I move my luggage to the hotel, the wheels get stuck into a new filled pot hole and travellers need to be aware.

E 'stato molto bello che la donna al di fuori del desk parlasse abbastanza inglese che poteva spiegare la nostra prenotazione e parcheggio!!! Il colazione era un colazione stile ”Comfort Suites” ma aveva un combo decente di scelte giapponesi e occidentali. Il parcheggio staccato per la nostra auto era ben coordinato. Questo era un ”giorno” di prenotazione per noi, ma in qualche modo ”batte” L'ultima Airbnb che abbiamo soggiornato a Tokyo.

DDanielThe hotel is beside Lake Akan. We reached there at night and had to park at the beach behind the hotel which was quite dark. I've booked a Japanese-style room. Although it's a bit run-down, the room is spacious and clean. The onsen amenities are a bit limited compared to other hotels that I've stayed in. The breakfast spread is ok. Upon checking out, I was quite surprised to be given a bag of bread as a snack.

Il tipo di camera è davvero piccolo, non riesce a mangiare nella stanza. Anche il corridoio può passare solo da una persona. Non consiglia la famiglia di stare e essere molto affollato.
Quando il bagno si lava, come il treno passa, l'intero bagno si agita, e la voce nella stanza è molto alta.
Vale la pena lodare che il primo piano ha una lavatrice pubblica. È disponibile gratuitamente. Lavatrice è costretta a pagare, ma l'impressione del prezzo è ragionevole e è molto adatto per i passeggeri che hanno bisogno di lavare la lavatrice.
La posizione è auto-conduttiva, quindi non può essere giudicata se è conveniente prendere il trasporto pubblico, ma ci sono un grande supermercato AEON, negozi di farmaci e grandi invasioni intorno a cinque minuti di guida.
La casa è vecchia, lava le mani con un calo di olio, la carta di scarico della stanza è anche rotta, non importa se ci sono un senso di età per stare.

La stanza è grande, il bagno è grande, tranquillo, buono.
Si raccomanda che l'hotel sia al contrario della frutta di mare, 1500 yen per persona, può mangiare la frutta del re.Il giorno più alto inverno!
La ricetta ha dato due sacchetti di calore a due bambini, anche se sono pronti per essere riscaldati.
