　前から訪れたかったお宿です。宮城県白石市の鎌先温泉という4軒しかお宿がない小さな温泉の中の1軒ですが、600年以上の歴史があるということです。 　本館は大正時代のガラス窓が揺らめいていて、壮観です。夕朝食を本館でいただきましたが、雰囲気があり、素敵な空間です。宿泊棟はリニューアルされているので、快適に過ごせます。 　お料理は、夕朝食とも宮城の食材を生かした内容で、とてもおいしかったです。ミシュランに選ばれたことが理解できました。特に、鴨鍋とフォアグラ大根は、今まで食した中で一番おいしいと感じました。 　スタッフは、案内係の人も夕朝食のとき、対応してくれた人も皆丁寧で感じがよく、チェックインからチェックアウトまで気持ちよく過ごすことができました。2種類あるお風呂の泉質もよいので、季節を変えて、また訪れたいと思っております。

Ho visto l'aspetto dell'hotel molto bello.Il giorno in cui lo usiamo, i dipendenti spesso puliscono la sala, che è molto pulito anche nei commenti di molte persone.Il caldo è direttamente dalla sorgente (con riscaldamento), e spesso entro nella camera calda molte volte. Non ci si aspetta che solo un hotel associativo protettivo segreto e caldo.La sala (compresa la stanza) mi sento molto vecchia, ma il costo di alloggio non è troppo alto e la calda e'molto buona, quindi non mi sento triste.

Non sono stato prenotato molto difficile da sito straniero. Ho prenotato l'ultimo a Trip.com!La città centrale del quartiere di Wang Wang è molto piccola, il popolo è un villaggio pensionistico vicino alla città, che gestisce una vecchia coppia. Se non guidate da soli, avete bisogno di discutere con il capo del tempo di trasporto ogni giorno. Anche cinque minuti per guidare in città, ma non posso camminare. Il capo è molto entusiasta e tempestivo. Comunicherà con il traduttore con voi, quindi il trasporto non è stressato.Di solito andare a sciare la mattina e tornare al popolo di notte. Il cibo del popolo è inaspettatamente più economico della città. La colazione è 3000 yen, la cena è 4000 yen, molto ricco, il prezzo dell'acqua è anche giusto! Questo tipo di casa di legno ha insetti, è il tipo di ruggine mobile, la dimensione del bastone, e le persone non influenzano il riposo, vedendo che le cinture fornite dal popolo vengono rimosse o lasciate fuori dalla finestra. Penso che l'unica carenza sia la scarsa isolamento del suono della casa. Il popolo prescrive che dopo le dieci è il tempo di riposo, ma se si trova un ospite inqualificato, si sarà preso.

We arrived at Mt Zao in the middle of Our Epic Six Week Trip To Japan, during which we stayed in nine different hotels. This room was amongst my favourites. The staff largely didn't speak English and were not helpful. We had a stand off at the restaurant as we didn't understand that we couldn't dine at there without having made a booking far in advance. After this was explained,  there was no apology or suggestions for alternative dining options. There are limited dining options in Zao. We ate at the Soup Curry place one night and a cute sushi joint another night. On the last night we ended up getting an ebiken bento box from the local L****ns as nothing was open. We did book breakfast each morning and that was fantastic. Lots of Japanese and Western options and it seemed like the food had all been prepared onsite. The hotel is very pretty, with a lovely view of the forest from the lobby. There is a common room with free coffee, tea and ice creams. People were pretty friendly in there. The hotel is the furthest from the 'town' but the closest to the ski lift and to the 'sulfurous' onsen. The ski lift is about 50 metres from the hotel and the ride up and down is spectacular. I thought the onsen was top notch. The sulfurous onsen outside has milky water that is supposed to be good for your complexion. It was fun having an onsen with snow all around. We stayed in the Western style room - it was spacious and well appointed. Our little lounge area had a beautiful view of pine trees and lots of snow. There was also a similar view from the luxurious bath tub (but I didn't use that tub as the onsen was so good.) The beds in our room were very hard. Our room also had a massage chair which I used for hours a time. It was a bit of a trek getting to Mt Zao. The hotel staff weren't very helpful with organising buses but they did drop us off at the bus stop early in the morning and we were picked up on our day of arrival. I know that the staff weren't friendly to us because of the language barrier, which is a shame because everyone should enjoy this venue. I would stay here again for sure. Next time we'll book the dinner set. It did smell amazing ! --
