L'hotel offre servizi di alta qualità ed efficienti agli ospiti. L'atteggiamento devoto del personale di servizio e l'aiuto entusiasta e amichevole ci fanno spostare.L'hotel è tranquillo e può guardare il paesaggio coperto da ghiaccio e neve. Il vulcano lontano è incredibile. La stanza è molto comoda e pulita. Due salotto di notte possono soddisfare gli ospiti di diverse esigenze.L'hotel è a circa dieci minuti di auto dal campo sciistico e offre un servizio di trasporto gratuito sul campo di neve. La prossima volta mi rimettero'in questo hotel.

Non guardare le recensioni precedenti dei vecchi hotel Sarà rinnovato di recente nell'autunno del 2023. Siamo i primi ospiti a sperimentarlo in questa stagione nevosa. È pulito e confortevole. Dopo essermi immerso nella primavera calda, sono tornato nella stanza e ho guardato la TV. Era così comodo. Anche le sorgenti termali vengono pulite ogni giorno, quindi sentiti libero di entrare. Il comprensorio sciistico è comodamente collegato e dispone del bus proprio dell'hotel.

Nice and clean Japanese style hotel. Cakes served in breakfast is really yummy. Dinner is supper delicious. Highly recommended for those who visited Annupuri

La stanza è molto pulita, la posizione è buona, lo spazio è grande. Ci sono dieci persone che vivono molto tranquilli. Le scale sono troppo verticali e un po'pericolose. Se ci sono tre, il bagno è fantastico, la prossima volta scelgo.

I would like to share a few words with you about our feeling of coming back to your Park Hyatt Hanazono hotel from 29/3/2024 to 3/4/2024. We are beginners of skiing, therefore, our first choice is a ski-in and ski-out hotel. Therefore, last year we came to your hotel and we came back again for further improvement of our skiing. We travelled a long way from the airport to your hotel for almost over 3 hours. However, we didn't receive a warm welcome from your hotel by the time we got out of our car. By the time we checked-in, the handling time took much longer than I expected, maybe we all felt tired after long travelling and wanted to go up to our room. Another guest who was sitting next to me seemed to complain about your service to another staff.. When we arrived at our room, only 3 mandarins were put on the table to welcome us but they did not look very attractive. Next morning, the breakfast was as good as last year, because nothing more had changed. But again, not very welcoming. Our dishes were piling up on the table long before they were taken away. That was not the case last year. We asked guest service to fold up the sofa bed as we wanted it to be more spacious. However, I called several to get it done when we came back from skiing in the evening. But we clearly said we could do it when we were out in the daytime. We booked 2 adults and 1 child, however, we could only find 3 adult clothes for onsen. We called guest service to provide us with child cloth for onsen. However, after tidying up, they provided us with another 3 sets of clothes for onsen again. So, my daughter wore oversized clothes to the onsen. It was not like this when we first came here last year. Luckily, on the third day, we met a new and young manager during breakfast, we received a warm welcoming smile for the first time. We chatted for a while and my daughter felt happy with him. Last year, my daughter made some friends here with your staff and learnt some Japanese from your staff. That made her like the Japanese culture and language. Ironically, after folding up the sofa bed, they mistakenly mixed up my daughter white colored soft toy - cinnamoroll - with the bed sheets for the laundry. Luckily, maybe with the help of the young guy, we found it back. My daughter was so delighted, thanks for all your efforts, but however, the soft toy had been shrunk by the laundry machine. The inner tubing was one of our favors in Park Hyatt Hotel, however, it looked obscenity and did not match with the natural scenery and the well-designed architecture surroundings at all. It looked like a facility in a developing country. Next Easter holiday was a late holiday, maybe no more snow for skiing. Originally we had planned to come again with whole families of six for skiing. Maybe it is high time for us to look for another ski-in ski-out hotel, though I have promised the young guy to meet him next year.
