My first trip to mandarmoni with my beloved one. It was very welcoming. Nice place. All amenities and equipments were appropriate as mentioned in the booking details. Nice behaviour of the staffs. We would like to visit the place again.

We visited 12-13 August. Restaurant size is too small than hotel size. We are unable to get desired breakfast as big tourist teams was there. During our visit some fixed menu was available. Repeatedly remind reception for requirement. Took 4-5 hours to resolve. They are not providing complimentary breakfast but charging 900/- + tax for extra person, which is too high. Bed is already have extra attachment, only pillow & bed sheet provided. Advise everyone not to visit in rush time. They don't have ability to manage. Garden is excellent. But no use if you not get a cup of tea & snacks to enjoy the evening. It is away from beach around 1km. Although they are providing pick up drop car. Swimming pool is very small.

Non abbiamo avuto alcuna denuncia sull'alloggio, il personale era cordiale, ma c'era una violazione delle regole mostrate dalle autorità dell'hotel. La piscina era un luogo di alcol e hokka (tutto disponibile dall'hotel, gli ospiti erano in mutandine e avevano cibo mentre in acqua. La musica era troppo alta. Non potevo portare le mie figlie e mia moglie alla piscina, per la sera in cui la folla si è ritirata, e la mia proposta non è di rimanere lì se siete con la vostra famiglia.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel e la stanza erano buoni, ma ci sono stati alcuni problemi che abbiamo affrontato. 1. Il wifi non funzionava anche se ci hanno dato il router, ma non era ancora collegato. 2. La mattress era troppo dura, non confortevole. 3. C'era una fuga d'acqua nel tubo del bacino nel lavandino, e anche la rimozione d'acqua c'era. 4. I prezzi dei cibi erano troppo elevati. 5. Ma il comportamento del personale e la qualità e il gusto del cibo erano molto buoni.

1. The staff is polite, courteous and helpful. 2. The response time for any service is prompt and efficient. 3. Food is decent and quantity is also good. Cons :
1. They give you a mattress instead of a cot. And the superior room that we had booked is not big enough for an extra mattress on the floor. 2. The regulator of the fan and the landline was not working. 3. The wifi is weak. 4. The lane at the back from the hotel to the beach can be more accessible to elderly people who have knee issues.

UUtente ospiteWe stayed at Green Gate from 14th April 2022 to 17th April 2022 after pre-booking through makemytrip.com. Hotel Location is around 7 mins walking distance from beach (of course you cannot view beach/sea from hotel room). Location is just opposite to main gate of Amrabati Park. You can get a good view of the park from hotel room. Room price was higher during our visit since it was holiday for all. Food was good and not that costly. Room service was average (our AC gave problems again and again and they did not attend the problem during last 1.5 days). AC rooms generally do not have fans. Room/bathroom amenities and look matches exactly with photographs given online. Behaviour of staff was good.

UUtente ospiteI visited the hotel on a weekend, and we booked the premium executive room. The room was big, the bathroom was clean, it had a bathtub and jacuzzi. It has swimming pool, hence carry swimming costume or you can buy one from here. The food was average, though. The hotel is a bit far from the sea beach but you can take toto which will cost minimum.
