Stay was ok. Bathroom taps are very tight and jammed. Have booked the room with breakfast but when we went for having breakfast in the morning almost all the food items were finished by 9:30 am itself. Nothing was available and even after request they brought 4 poori and little scrambled egg. Food quality is worst. The hotel is not worth the price they charge for the rooms.

Excellent placement of the resort. Best service from the whole team, restaurant and reception crew, etc. Always available to serve our requests. Food may seem bit pricey. Activities available are adequate and the best in all is the nature walk. We all enjoyed it very much🥰

The ac conditioning was good, the bed was comfortable aswell. But the baathroom was not as expected, i have stayed in many hotels and every bathroom was pretty clean, it maybe becuz it's an old hotel but the tiles had dirt in between and i personally dint take a shower cu z i felt uncomfortable. If the bathroom was also upto the room and other facilities it wud have been excellent

Non riuscivo a raggiungere ieri per il check-in, e l’hotel, che aveva già preso i soldi per il mio soggiorno, non si preoccupava neanche di controllare con me perché non potevo andare; hanno avuto i loro soldi e erano meno preoccupati se vengo o no. Questa è una cattiva approccio come un famoso hotel.

The stay was cozy and good. Clean rooms and great room service. Food we have to get from outside. Room delivery available via zomato and swiggy. Wifi facility available for wfh guys. In the heart of the town, so commuting is easy.

Property location is easy to find. The manager biju was very helpful and courteous but the hotel service was not worth the price i paid for the stay. Reasons- 1. No hot water in the bathroom. 2. The hotel did not provide drinking water except for the 1st day. The bottle provided was open n not sealed. Lift not working till i complained. No lights in the bathroom. The list is long!

Era un'esperienza tranquilla, abbiamo trovato questo posto accidentalmente e è stato uno dei migliori soggiorni del nostro viaggio in Kerala. Durante tutta la notte abbiamo sentito canzoni di uccelli diversi, suoni di animali, finalmente ci siamo sentiti lontani dalla vita della nostra città. Visiteremo di nuovo questo posto, lo consiglio molto!
