The images shown in the marketing images are exactly like the hotel room is. I'd booked a Family Non AC room. Had such big beds, clean and big. It was perfect for a family of 4 like ours with 2 kids who are continuously waggling all night. I went to get hot water and water in my bottle. By that time, they were ready to help us at the reception. Amit and the other person were very hospitable and so helpful. I asked for a bottle of cold water and a bottle of hot water. Mr.Amit made sure to get the cold and hot water in time. The cold was delivered on the spot and hot water was delivered to our room steps within 15 minutes from their staff! When I asked for an extension of checkout time, though they were occupied, Mr. Amit was helpful to extend it till 2 PM. In the hotel, we don't just go to stay, experiences like what the hotel staff provides is what sticks till the end! Rooms were clean and hot water was available always. The hotel was very near, about 1.2km from Murudeshwara beach and Murudeshwara temple. All in all a very pleasant stay and a must-visit, especially for a family!

Le infrastrutture sono grandi ma molto scarse come bagni chiusi, nessuna connessione TV in suite, vegetazione coltivata sulle pareti della casa degli ospiti, fuga d'acqua ovunque, personale non responsabile. Devono improvvisare la loro mente verso l'ospitalità.

La stanza non era pronta, anche se ci siamo accorti a @2pm, ci hanno fatto stare in una stanza dabba che era piena e c'era un liscio. Il lobby ha rotto divano. Infine la nostra camera (che doveva essere la camera deluxe acc) era pronta @4pm e non era deluxe era solo una stanza con ac, lavanderia era sporca e piccola. Ci era wifi ma nessun accesso a Internet. Ho pagato 3. 5k per 2 notti e 3 giorni (vi darà quello che pagate. Non vi daranno asciugamani e asciugamani, c'era solo una pin per il pagamento.
