Great cooperative reception and staff, clean rooms. Food quality needs improvement, variety is lacking, north indian, thai food not good. Pizza is good, variety is less. South indian breakfast was good

We stayed at the tree house which is called the Machan. I was horrified by the terrible way in which the rooms are kept. The ceiling of the tent roof was covered in stains and dirty. The shades were torn, black and hanging by a thread. There were rats running in between in walls and the roof. We had smell of a dead rat in our room! And they offered to put room freshner for us. what a joke! And, the rooms actually sway when the wind blows or whn someone comes climbing up the steps. Felt like a mild earthquake shaking our bed at small intervals. Only saving grace was the food which was half decent. Will not be going here again for sure. Also. It's not a resort. Different types of rooms are built in a gated community with a clubhouse. Which again was so run down. We going pieces of chapati left behind in the games room. Terrible!

The stay was fine but even after charging a huge amount for the stay they don’t provide enough drinking water for the guests. Each and every time we have to pay foe each bottle. Only one complimentary water bottle is provided for 1 family per day. Staff and other things were good. Toilets and bedsheets were very very old. Exhaust fan in the toilet was nit working.

Molto buon hotel per un viaggiatore d'affari. Ero lì a Hosur per 3 notti in questo hotel e il personale mi ha trattato bene. Le camere sono pulite e pulite, con bagni spaziosi e tutti gli elementi essenziali necessari per un viaggiatore. Per un'intervallo di prezzo di circa 2800, tra cui GST e un pranzo complimentare, questo hotel è un grande sì. L'unica cosa da migliorare è forse se qualcuno potesse parlare hindi. Le capacità di lingua inglese del personale di custodia non sono nemmeno grandi, quindi la lingua diventa una sfida che viaggia da una geografia diversa.
