Stay at hotel was good. However, they charged rs590- for one napkin which got soiled when my 10 year old daughter spilled some food on it, which as per them it was not white as was kept intially. I wonder, if my daughter would have vomited on bed, the situation would have been worst. They would have told me to pay over rs25k as a fine. We stayed there for two days, they didn't provide any water or tea coffee kit on next day, which i believe a complimentary item for every new day as water and tea are basic necessity. I have suggested them not to give room service for food or else give prior information to the customer of penalty. I wonder they would have asked us to pay for broken also. Luckily we didn't do it. Be careful of such management in future.

This is a very good hotel in hubbali. Very convenient if one wants a night halt at hubbali while going to goa from bangalore or vice versa. Good restaurant and the hotel has a stunning lake view too. Overall very yproperty

I had a very good and satisfactory stay in the metropolis hotel and all staff are very good and the rooms are very neat and clean as shown in figure

Location was good and peaceful, tasty food. Amenities need to increase like, washroom kit, hot water kettle in room, tea coffee option within room etc, overall good service.

I booked it for an overnight stay with my spouse. Extremely satisfied with the stay. The location is too good and it perfectly suited me. Exemplary service by the Front Desk as well Restaurant staff. The room was very spacious and comfortable.

Great hotel at a great location. The rooms and amenities are basic and do not reflect luxury. The soap and shampoo in the dispensers were of commercial quality. The room rates were super premium though. To that extent, did not find value for money. The bed linen was not of standard.

The hotel is located opposite to Unchal lake. The ambience particularly of the terrace restaurants is just excellent. The food quality, service, courteousness of the staff is also at a high level. Overall, an excellent experience. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hubbali.

A clean and well-maintained property, but our stay was marred by a series of minor inconveniences. The jet spray in the washroom wasn’t working, and later, the wash basin got clogged—both issues required multiple calls to housekeeping. The food experience was also disappointing. The veg Manchurian had a strong fishy smell, and the prawn curry was overly tangy and inedible at first. To their credit, the staff was very accommodating. The chef personally came to apologize, replaced the prawn curry, and even added a complimentary dal fry. The managers were attentive and waived off our food bill as a gesture of goodwill. These efforts were appreciated, but the back-and-forth after a long 12-hour drive made the experience tiring. Breakfast the next morning was great, but the mishaps from the night before left the overall experience feeling average. The staff’s kindness and willingness to fix things made up for some of the inconvenience.

Le camere sono state ben mantenute, pulite e spaziose. La posizione dell'hotel è conveniente. L'atmosfera generale è bello. La colazione è diffusa e il gusto è inferiore alla media. Tranne per il colazione, tutto il resto era molto buono.
