Don't know where to begin. The whole experience from start to end was Fantastic. If you want enjoy personalised customer service then this is the place to stay in mahabaleshwar. Special shout out to the captain Nitin and the restaurant chefs who tried to cater my family palate with the most delicious dishes. I have 3 yr old twins and my family tries to avoid spicy food due to gastric issues..the restaurant team catered to all our whims with smile and grace. The special evening entertainment arranged by the hotel in the form of a puppet show, magic show, jugglers show and DJ night was super fun for the kids. All in all a memorable stay. We left the place with a promise to come back here after 5 years

Overall it is a good hotel. The hotel staffs are too careless about the guests. You have to ask two to three times for a single requirement. I wish them to be more discipline about the disturbances caused by the other room guests also. They should maintain a rigid timing for the meals. And lastly best wishes for its coming days. Property is well located at a distance of approx 1 km from the main market, ample parking space, friendly reception staff and house keeping, hot water is only available in the morning from 7 to 10, rooms are clean, a lot of monkeys all around, take care of keeping any belongings outside in the verandah, an overall peaceful stay, restaurant has very limited menu.

This hotel is a good option to stay near the main market. Breakfast was simple and tasty like idali, poha, uttappa, bread butter, tea & coffee. Overall experience was good. Lot of scope for improvement in service like providing complimentary mineral water bottles, toothpaste or mouthwash kit, use of room freshner etc. Surprisingly, they charged us rs. 10 for the hot glass of drinking water. One time experience was good but may think again while going second time due this basic missing things as that matters most when you are on a break.

The food was tasty and overall quality was good. We had ordered paneer chilli, Schezwan noodles, dal khichdi, cheese garlic naan and some Punjabi gravy dishes. The service was quick and good. It is located just when you enter the market. Do visit when you are there.
