È un hotel/appartamento a prezzi preziosi, quindi si prega di ***age aspettative. Il personale è amichevole e molto cooperativo li darà 10/10. La colazione è servita e hanno un menu standard (nessun buffet), il ristorante è ok, tuttavia il cibo è eccellente . Non hanno internet, è stato dichiarato in modo errato sulle strutture. Prima di controllare, ho dovuto cambiare la mia stanza, la prima stanza era molto cattiva, bagno fuga, stanza impurita, asciugamani e letto. Ho dovuto fare un po' di rumore.

Not very far from dabolim airport, close to verna industrial area which was my requirement, good for business stay, good breakfast, room was clean when i arrived, rental scooter available at cost. Overall good experience, at check out, reception asked me if everything was ok with my stay.

Il servizio alimentare è molto buono Il gusto del cibo è così buono ogni giorno viene con nuovo gusto e Amboni e felli sono molto amichevoli in natura e anche fornire un buon servizio Il signor Srimanta è anche molto amichevoli. Rimango qui per 15 giorni.Una cosa che trovo molto buona, cioè.Scacca.

The resort is beautiful and very well laid out. The pool is very big so plenty of room for a swim. There is also a swim-up bar. We received a very nice welcome and all the staff were friendly, attentive and smiling throughout our stay. The resort is approximately 5 minutes walk to a lovely sandy beach which didn’t get busy throughout the time we spent there. The sunset was a sight to behold too. There isn’t much around the hotel except for a small village up the road with a few shops and a supermarket. There are taxis outside the hotel and they are very cheap compared to the UK obviously. We found the food to be excellent. I like spicy food and there was much variety and I enjoyed sampling the many different dishes on offer. My partner doesn’t enjoy very spicy food but she enjoyed some of the curries and always found the alternatives to the local cuisine enjoyable. We also had a lovely meal in the La Bonita restaurant which isn’t included in the all inclusive package. There is plenty of drinks choice too and we found the cocktails enjoyable. My girlfriend loved the white wine as well. The room was spacious and clean and the large walk in shower was very nice. I would say the room isn’t quite at four star standard but the rest of the hotel is. We didn’t get a good signal on the TV which wasn’t really a problem. We only wanted to have it on in the background while relaxing before going out for our evening meal. The Wi-Fi worked fine in the room but as we got further away it was hit and miss for example while we were sunbathing around the pool. We had to get up quite early to secure sun beds on the days we wanted to stay at the hotel. We realised after two days we would have to be up at about 6:30am to secure beds around the pool by taking our towels outside. This may annoy some guests. There is space for a few more sun beds around the pool. My partner did observe staff removing towels on sun beds that weren’t being used to free some up for people around pool side. We also noticed there were more available in the afternoon generally. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Heritage and wished we were staying for a few more days.
