Just returned from a 10wk holiday from the lagoa been there before but this yr was the best ever lovely clean rooms great food and prices the staff some of the best i have ever had the pleasure to know polite very friendly and the manager umesh over a couple of yrs has turned the lagoa into one of the best hotels in north goa.so today booked our 12wk holiday for next yr.

The photos of this hotel are a little misleading. The property is not as nice as shown but we were very happy there. The room was large and we had a large balcony overlooking the pool. The bed was comfortable. There is no ”safe” as in a physical box to store your valuables but the room is very safe I was assured. Cameras on corridors and no one goes in except you unless you ask for cleaning. We were there over Diwali and the hotel was quiet at night even on the big night. On our last day we left at 5.15am and commented about the noise all night from group who checked in the day before. The reception *** said he had already had numerous complaints about them. Excellent location for us. We did not eat in the hotel but it is an easy walk into ”town”. Reception staff were very helpful and efficient when we asked for things. Extra pillow, clean the mud we had just dragged in, extra tea for room etc. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it. Fridge and kettle in the room are a bonus.

Grazie alla buona volontà abbiamo deciso di girare le nostre spalle su TUI e andare con i nostri instinti e l’esperienza passata’, dopo tutte le questioni e offerte di alloggio alternativo non potevamo portarci a girare le nostre spalle sul MD e quanto siamo felici che abbiamo fatto’ Non ascoltare tutti i commenti negativi da parte di coloro che ovviamente non si rendeno conto di una cosa buona ascoltando una compagnia di vacanze che sono solo dopo una cosa. Come si può confrontare questo posto con altri hotel? La posizione, il personale, il paesaggio non possono essere corrispondenti a qualsiasi altro alloggio in GOA. Questo è il mio parere, il parere della mia famiglia e tutte le recensioni negative che l'hotel è diventato qualcosa di diverso da quello che abbiamo avuto negli ultimi 18 anni è del tutto inappropriato, Non c'è nulla che sia cambiato, tranne che non ***y come i britannici degli anni precedenti. O e il mini bar non vengono stoccati a meno che non si possa davvero chiedere e poi si accontentano di stoccare senza problemi. La TV non ha 100 canali inglesi, ma nessuno di noi viene al MD per sedersi nella stanza guardando la TV. Mentre le camere sono date, sono pulite e letti e asciugamani cambiano ogni giorno, le camere sono date di nuovo solo dare qualcosa a la gente di fare il bagno perché sicuramente nessuno viene al MD per sedersi nelle camere. Anche molti ospiti indiani quest'anno si godono davvero delle vacanze che sembrano anche dare una scusa per la gente di avere una moan, bene se non ti piacciono i turisti indiani nel tuo paese, forse è il momento di rimanere a casa in tempo freddo Guardare la TV con il riscaldamento. Per tutti i membri del personale del MD mantenere il buon lavoro come apprezziamo tanto quest'anno quanto abbiamo per gli ultimi 18 anni. I nostri voli sono già prenotati per vedervi tutti l'anno prossimo 👍👍👍.

Atiti Devo bhavo #Resort Rio We have fall in love with the Resort art Work ....feels like you came to rajasthan udaipur as on arrival We got Royale entry with arthi Tikka ***** with goan culture welcome drink kokum sharbhat. Checkin was done very fast ,room given was upgraded ultra rio with pool view from balcony you can see elephants 🐘 showering water in pool . Room was very spacious clean well maintain Hygiene Housekeeping Attendant are well trained ,seen always smilling and taking care Of guest our room was always clean by them in morning and evening with towels effects. Seby and Terrance best housekeepers. Award winning Pure Veg Restaurant Jalsa food was delicious mouth watering mithaees one word wow. Pool was very big with beach Shack ⛱️ were you can have drinks specially mocktails and cocktails. Beautiful flowers all around specially boganplants. We loved this place good location away from busy area. Really Value for money and staff here from front to back is awesome 👌. Hip hip hurray Resort Rio

The hotel is in best location with very calm and green view from the room. Its very hard to find a place like that in such location. Very things is near by club cabana, hammerzz club, saturday night market. Everythings. Once again thanks terra for such a good hospitality.
