We had booking on 2nd Dec'23. This Resort is too good in terms of infra and Maintenance. I liked this so much. We friends together went and booked here. This is most suitable if you want to stay with Family as Location is very near to City and there is Swimming pool facility also available. Highlights of the Property 1. Well Maintained Swimming pool 2. Nice and well maintained Garden through out the property 3. Pantry Facility 4. Nicely Maintained AC Rooms The Parking area and Entry area is not so convenient as its not maintained well.

Room preference given to international tourist first, then to indians. Have been staying at the same hotel for 5 years now for every year, knowing the manager/caretaker. The only negative point about this place, else wont be staying there on every trip. Everything else is up to the standards. But when you feel a sense of partial behavior between customers, its okay to express your views.

Плюсы: 1) Небольшая ухоженная красивая территория отеля 2) Очень дружелюбный персонал. 3) Есть горячая вода и кондиционеры в номере. 4) Есть свой хороший ресторанчик в отеле. Он открытый, расположен посередине отеля, там можно собираться с друзьями или заказать еду в номер. 5) Чистый бассейн работающий допоздна. 6) Хорошие завтраки для отелей Северного ГОА (индийский приправленный рис с жаренным арахисом, какие-нибудь жаренные или испеченные лепешки, нарезанные арбузы и ананасы, чай масала и вода. 7) Большой плюс до самого вкусного на пляже ресторанчика ”Food Planet” вам идти от отеля 10 минут. Если вы на пляже Мандрем-Арамболь, ходите кушать только туда, там очень вкусно, любая кухня (индийская, русская, итальянская, израильская, морепродукты, есть тортики и выпечка и т.д.) 8) Wi-fi в отеле относительно хороший, ютуб посмотреть не получится нормально, можно делать аудио, видео звонки через ватсап, читать новости, проверять почту и т.д. Минусы: 1) Самый большой и основной минус это постельное белье и подушки. Фото подушек я прилагаю, белье будет чистое, но старое местами пожелтевшее, местами с какими то пятнами, возможно в какие-то дни будет более менее белое. Но это вроде как проблема всех недорогих отелей ГОА 2) На фото показан номер, который типо улучшенный на первом этаже. Номера уже не новые, есть налет старости и неопрятности. Жить можно, но нуждаются в реновации. В номере 204 не работал телевизор и кондиционер работал в одном только режиме. 3) Отель удален от туристических улочек с кафе, магазинчиками в конце пляжа Арамболь. От отеля вам придется ехать до туда на байке или идти пешком пару километров. 4) До пляже идти около 10 минут и дорога не будет отличаться живописными пейзажом, а скорее наоборот, заболоченные озерца, горки мусора по обеим сторонам дороги и соответствующий запах от них. Примечания: 1) Бутылки с водой можно бесплатно брать в ресторанчике 2) Администратор отеля может вам поменять доллары на рупии по такому же курсу как и в обменниках. 3) Туалетную бумагу если не положили, можно попросить на ресепшене. 4) В двух минутах от отеля (от ворот налево) есть небольшой магазин. Около магазинчика стоит точка по продаже кокосов с очень приветливым и хорошим продавцом. Покупайте кокосы у него, так же у него есть кокосы из холодильника и вкусные кокосовые милкшейки.

Ho soggiornato qui con la mia famiglia di 4 amici, n il mio soggiorno era super fantastico in questa proprietà, il bellissimo personale inizia con il front office Mr. Vipin al front office benvenuto con un sorriso. I ristoranti sono buoni anche con buon gusto. Non sono solo soddisfatto della piscina all'appartamento,, che non è pulito ma quando chiedo la ricezione hanno detto che il filtro non funziona che tempo n sarà riparato presto. Altrimenti tutto è buon thr.

Un piacevole hotel, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Il negozio di prodotti è a 2 metri dall'entrata dell'hotel, anche accanto alla valuta di cambio e la larghezza di frutta e la farmacia. Fino a tutti 1-2 minuti a piedi 😀 Io considero la scelta perfetta per la posizione. Vivere in una stanza senza aria condizionata, il fan si è rivelato assolutamente sufficiente

Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno estremamente meraviglioso in questo hotel! Il nostro piano di soggiorno per solo 2-3 giorni è diventato 11 giorni perché non abbiamo trovato alcun altro motivo per trasferirsi in altri hotel o ospiti nelle vicinanze. Questo hotel era oltre perfetto per noi. Rinovabile due anni fa, l'enorme proprietà si trova vicino a negozi di souvenir, ristoranti, negozi di comodità, noleggio auto e, soprattutto, una distanza di circa 50 m a piedi dalla spiaggia nel cuore dell'azione. Abbiamo solo fatto una passeggiata e chiesto le camere disponibili, perché abbiamo avuto una terribile esperienza di soggiornare in un'altra proprietà vicina. La nostra camera è enorme e spaziale oltre ogni mezzo standard, oltre 40m3 e dispone di tutte le attrezzature necessarie. L'intera unità, compresa la bagno, è molto pulita con doccia moderna e buona pressione idrica. Un grande grido a Khadim, che soddisfa tutte le nostre esigenze con un servizio rapido, efficiente e sempre con un sorriso! Abbiamo apprezzato il nostro soggiorno grazie a lui! Se stai cercando un alloggio economico a Arambol, non guardare più. Questo è certamente il luogo da essere.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, liegt direkt am Strand. Auch zu den nächsten Einkaufsgeleiteten ist es nicht weit. Die Leute und der Chef sind sehr freundlich und es mangelt nicht am Komfort. Ich konnte jederzeit von meinem Zimmer aus über den Strand direkt ins Wasser gehen, ohne etwas mitnehmen zu müssen, worauf *** am Strand aufpassen müsste. Das Essen schmeckt ausgezeichnet. Die Küche ist sehr gut. Kulinarisch würde ich eine 10 von 10 geben. Warum ich einen Stern abgezogen habe, für Leute die gerne früh schlafen gehen wollen, ist das nicht geeignet, es sei denn, sie haben einen guten Schlaf. Die Musik geht Abends los und bleibt bis Mitternacht an. Außerdem lassen einen die Verkäufer am Strand nicht in Ruhe, wenn ***, wie ich, nicht in der Lage ist, jedes Mal ein hartes Machtwort zu sprechen. Ich habe es nicht bei jedem geschafft. Andererseits verkaufen sie wirklich schöne und unter anderem auch ”echte” Waren. Störend hierbei ist auch, wenn eine sieht, du kaufst bei einer Kollegin, versuchen sie ihre Ware auch gleich mit anzubieten. Von der Zeit die *** zum Ausspannen nutzen möchte, bleibt einem also nicht viel übrig, wenn *** zu freundlich ist Aber mit Ohropax und einer guten Fähigkeit zur Ignoranz, kann *** hier im kleinen Paradies, richtig gut Urlaub machen und auch alle 5 Sterne vergeben

Белье чистое , в моем номере был балкон .
И даже гамак на балконе😂👍
В комнате есть шкаф для одежды , железные ящики в которые можно убрать ценные вещи под замок.
Персонал дружелюбный, есть место где можно приготовить себе еду.

UUtente ospiteThe location is right on the beach and near to lots of bars and restaurants. At the moment, there is a rule in Arambol about live music stopping at 10pm so it isn't overly loud. You can hear the sea when the music is not playing. It is at the quieter end of Arambol beach (regarding sunbathing tourists) which I liked but there is still music playing. This may or may not appeal.
The room was basic, but clean when I arrived. I stayed for 6 nights, and they never came into my room. Not to clean, not to empty the bathroom bin. Not for any reason. That is fine by me as I am ok to empty my own bin, but may bother others. The linens and towels were old but clean.
Weirdly, I asked for an extra toilet roll after day 4, and I was told I was entitled to only one but that they would make an exception! The length of your stay appears to be irrelevant to the amount of provisions. They also didn't provide a top sheet. I asked for one and he seemed uncertain if I cold have one and said he would let me know later, then forgot (and apologised later). They said I had a blanket and could use that - but those are rarely cleaned so I didn't want to use it next to my skin. It was actually okay as I didn't end up needing it, but if there had been lots of mosquitoes there would have been zero barrier.
The owners were friendly and said hello whenever I passed them.

UUtente ospiteProperty is located near beach which is around 5 minutes walk. Property does not have sea view but you can go to beach by walk, nearby market, food etc facilities are very good. Pet is allowed, car parking is present, room are clean and tidy, with hot shower facility, and western toilets, i will recommend this property to others in that budget it is very good. Amenities are good. Staff is good and cooperative.
