Approaching up the hill road as you turn the last corner you are greeted by the beautiful stunning Grand Oak Manor that takes your breath away, with outstanding views as far as you can see. Comfortable rooms, lovely food and service the place speaks for itself. Just enjoy the surroundings. sit and take it all in, unwind with fresh air while you listen to the birds and at times, nothing at all. To all the staff, a huge 'Thank you', you made our stay at the Manor to be very comfortable and most enjoyable. My opinion, this is not a place for children.

L'hotel è così bella dall'interno. Ottimo servizio. Il direttore ha rispettato la nostra richiesta e ha organizzato un tavolo speciale per noi (per il pranzo di candela leggera). Anche se è stato semplice, ma i loro sforzi e servizi apprezziamo molto. Molto pulito e igiene è mantenuta molto bene. Posizione e vista sono ultimate. Considerate questo resort per il vostro soggiorno a Binsar. Abbiamo avuto una memorabile esperienza di soggiorno qui.

If you guys are planning this amazing property, would suggest you to please take the route via Almora as it's maintained and roads are way much better than the other alternate route from Dhaulachina, there isn't much distance in KMS. Roads via Dhaulachina are not in good condition plus narrow, it's not maintained as it route towards Pithoragarh which Government should take care of too. Lets talk about this Property, once you reach the property you will find it easily accessible as its a road side property ***** with ample space for car parking both in the premises and outside the property, they have CCTV cameras installed which makes the property and the space safer. This property has beautiful ramps towards cottages which are surrounded by beautiful flowers and trees and way will properly guide you to your rooms, view from every room is splendid however, it will be good if you can opt for Super Deluxe room, each room has their own entry and exit space plus balcony. Room size is good, Bathrooms were neat and clean, They have smart geysers installed and rooms have fireplace which is neatly maintained. Comfortable beds and linen, wardrobe, shoe rack, dressing table, coffee table and separate table and chairs to sit within room and outside room two chairs available so you can enjoy beautiful sun rise and sun set from your balcony. Food was sumptuous, you may find service delay in serving however, good things takes Time as they serve you fresh and hot food. I found service quick and they also have buffet system available if in case its been opted, I would suggest go for Al-a-Carte as you can order per your wish, Special Kumauni Delicious food items may take time and you are requested to pre inform them. Last but not the least, owners of the property are really nice people and down to earth like all other staff available, they will take care of your stuff proactively. Whenever, you are trying to visit Jageshwar, would definitely recommend stay in this resort and you will take beautiful memories *****. Jageshwar Temple is just 2.5 km away.

Il nostro soggiorno più sorprendente in 12 giorni di viaggio a Uttarakhand era a Kausani e l'unico motivo era Sun n Snow Hotel. Abbiamo scelto questa proprietà per vedere Himalays Snow Peaks ma purtroppo selvaggia nella giungla rendeva visibile povera, ma ci divertivamo ancora molto. La posizione della struttura è perfetta, tranquilla, calda e accogliente. Le camere erano piccole ma comuni e il giardino era abbastanza spazioso e pieno di fiori e verdi che tutti amavamo. Le strutture erano ben curate e l'atmosfera era molto buona. La parte più bella di questa proprietà è la gente, molto calda, molto accogliente e sempre pronto a aiutare. Una menzione speciale è Shivraj ji che dovrebbe essere in un hotel 7 stelle, sempre sorridente e aiutare in modi diversi. Volevamo bere cai in aree aperte e tutti gli altri hotel hanno detto di no per colpa di scimmie, ma Shivraj ji ha detto che voi ragazzi godete il vostro tè e io sarò qui con un grande stick e prendermi cura di scimmie. Ora questo è un approccio orientato al servizio. Siamo rimasti qui per 3 notti e quando visiteremo Kausani di nuovo in futuro, ci prenoteremo di nuovo la neve del sole.

Please every one keep in mind while booking advance payment with this hotel chek with Retention charges otherwise they will ask for retention in case you will cancel booking for even one day..when we asked for cancel one day out of 4 day visit owner of resort Mr. Ravi told us he is charging 50 percent retention if there staff was there they would have charged 100 percent retention amount...finally we paid 25 percent retention charges for one day even after visiting for 3 days, also please check there breakfast and dinner options before booking , if they provide buffet system if not what they will provide us break fast and dinner. Since in this hotel we are the only two families so please please check eating options if opting from hotel, eating options are very limited we asked for chole bhature they said they will provide next day , when we asked next they said we will provide next day...on our last day on brekfast they made bread pakora in very small quantity and said bread pakoras are over..stay was good and overall staff was very good owner of this resort Mr. Ravi is good person but we observed he did not wants to listen to customers as he always said he has decade of experience in this field so don't argue with me. We feel his attitude was rigid, some humbleness is expected. Thanks for charging 25 percent un necessary retention charges. This can be avoided. Overall our stay was ok but can be good if above two issues were handled in professional manner. Hotel was good but please ask about all the details like retention charges, food, services etc before finalising this property. Advice 1. Do not opt for breakfast , lunch or dinner options with stay, there option are very limited. Opt for stay only and you will be happier. 2. Do not book for longer period as very few visit in this hotel book for one day and extend later otherwise you had pay retention charges.

The place has excellent view, it's worth travel-ling and staying. Would recommend to take high end room for the best view. The food was delicious and staff were very cooperative. Great relaxing experience. Other related services like cab for local site seeing could be better
