La struttura è molto attraente, il personale è molto amichevole quando sono arrivato e un sacco di parcheggio gratuito. Ho una stanza pulita senza scena con un sacco di spazio di lavoro, il caffè in camera è un bel toccamento. L'hotel è a soli 10 minuti a piedi dal centro della città. Come una tranquilla martedì sera ho mangiato nel ristorante dell'hotel che era buono. Il colazione, incluso nella stanza, è stato servito nel ristorante principale e è stato bello avere un frigo fresco cucinato, non il solito buffet lukewarm la maggior parte degli hotel sembra avere ora.

Il tempo di check-in è un po' troppo tardi (4 ore)

Overall The Ardboyne Hotel is a wonderful place. The location is excellent, lots of parking and gardens lovely. Inside the are many changes still my last visit. The new decor looks beautiful and I can see there are improvements being made throughout the hotel, not all complete as yet but obviously that whole hotel is going through an upgrade. The biggest asset this hotel has is its staff, there is nothing too much for them to do to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, this really is their jewel in the crown.

Had a one night stay here as we were visiting friends in the local are. I've good and and bad points about our stay. I'll start off with the bad. Far too expensive for what we got,our room wasn't the best. Very outdated and didn't feel clean. The sheets were clean and beds comfortable but the bathroom wasn't,broken tiles and rusty stains. The arm chair was disgusting,stained and old! Would not sit on it!! The shower was old and I just couldn't shower in it,it just didn't feel clean. Next morning when we were having breakfast there were a very disrupted guest who was verbally arguing with another guest, (I know you can't blame the hotel for a guests behavior)!!! However they let her carry on being disrupted for a very long time before they asked her to calm down in which didnt work. The guest contined to be verbally aggressive and no body enjoyed their breakfast due to this.and one lady expressed to me she felt uncomfortable. In my opinion the guest should have being asked to leave! The waiting staff were very young and fair enough probably didn't have the experience to deal with this,the management that was present kept telling the waiting staff what they were doing wrong in front of everybody where she should have done privately and it was only very trivial what she was criticising about she was more bothered about the trivial little things than the fact there was a very verbally disrupted guest!!!! Good points: breakfast was excellent,great choice and very fresh. Reception bar and waiting staff very friendly. Lovely bar and lovely reception area. But if the hotel is going to charge the prices they are charging in the future they really need to improve the standards of their rooms.

Una bella esperienza da parte di Arun, da parte di un ricevimento, era un piacere assoluto di affrontarla. Carino e sorridente, gentile e così utile! Le terre erano carine, l'hotel era anche magnifico. Il cibo e i cocktail erano deliziosi. Il cameriere del ristorante del fuoco e del sale (giovanotto irlandese, alle 20:00 (?)) era davvero carino, come una giovane cameriera con un ponytail oscuro. Il vostro personale è un credito per voi. La stanza era pulita, luminosa, moderna - non poteva sbagliarlo. Anche il Spa era bello - un must se si può! Alto rumore picchiato ci svegliò intorno a mezzanotte ma che era un allarme da una delle case vicine e così non era nell’ambito delle responsabilità dell’hotel’s so cannot fate guay - but may be an issue if you’re a light sleeper in the back of the hotel. In generale, un soggiorno davvero bello in un hotel favoloso e mi consiglierei sicuramente. Guardando già i pacchetti per tornare presto.

L'esperienza dell'hotel è stata assolutamente sorprendente dall'inizio alla fine. Le ragazze della reception erano amiche e molto utili. Il personale del bar, ancora una volta molto utile, non poteva fare abbastanza per voi. Alla colazione Catherine era assolutamente sorprendente, molto efficiente così attraente era un bene per il vostro hotel. Torneremo di nuovo.
