Listen up as I’ll only say this once , if your looking to enjoy all that Killarney has to offer, and believe me that’s a lot , beautiful scenery, golf, historic homes , Jarvy Jaunts around the lakes etc., You will not get better accommodation , hospitality, excellent food, and of course value for money spent , than the River Island Hotel at Castleisland a few miles from Killarney. Money saved on accommodation is better spent on all various attractions. ( and no I’m not related to the owner)

Returned a week ago from a 2 night stay at the Ballygarry Hotel to celebrate my partners Birthday and what can I say, it was fabulous from start to finish. The hotel, the grounds with walks into the nearby woods, the food but most importantly of all....... the staff. We travel quite a bit and it is rare to find such attentive and wonderful staff across all elements of the hotel. The staff in all areas from reception, Spa, restaurant and Bar are exceptional and go above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay at this truly fab hotel. A special call out to Donal in the Brasserie, he's a gem and a total gentleman, always up for a laugh and to Oisin in Concierge who went was the perfect host providing us with info and great chat and ensuring we were looked after from we arrived until we left. We cant wait to return.

Recentemente ci siamo trasferiti all'hotel di Tralee per una notte, Il personale della reception dove molto piacevole e benvenuto al nostro arrivo, La camera doppia era grande e aveva un bagno con doccia e molte camere per i bagni degli ospiti accanto al bacino che era grande , il letto era eccezionalmente comodo e la camera era ben visibile, così abbiamo avuto una grande notte di sonno, ci sono molte zone di seggio spaziose per un drink tranquillo o un bel bar con musica di fondo e una grande schermata per guardare in diretta sport ecc ma il suono non è troppo alto come non essere in grado di avere una conversazione con nessuno, il personale del bar è anche utile, il colazione è stato eccellente con il vostro tè/caffè e il caldo ordine di cibo preso dal personale di attesa che devo complimentarmi per l'apertura amica e professionalismo in ogni momento, come nulla era troppo fastidioso, si può anche aiutare da una varietà continentale che è stato ancora eccellente composto di frutta fresca, pane, cereali, giovenche, Ect, Non avrei alcuna esitazione a raccomandare questo hotel per un breve o lungo soggiorno se viaggiare in questa parte del mondo, anche ci sono molti parcheggi all'hotel così non aveva problemi di ottenere parcheggio in un luogo sicuro, Grazie a tutti i membri del personale che ci ha resi benvenuti apprezzare veramente, sicuramente torneremo presto 😁

Attratto dalle molte recensioni positive ho voluto provare questo hotel e devo dire che l'entusiasmo era fondato. Il personale è molto gentile e l'hotel è costantemente pulito. Il ristorante annesso è anche molto buono. L'hotel è situato al centro della cittadina e vi è ampia disponibilità di parcheggi. L'unica nota negativa riguarda la nostra camera la quale affacciava proprio sopra al pub del ristorante e di conseguenza non potevamo dormire prima delle 24 in quanto vi erano schiamazzi.

酒店小院很美，房間設施有點老氣，早餐特別好，半自助加點餐，無論是點半還是半自助都是英式早餐裏一流的，服務業相當不錯。

Location is a little bit outside the town center. Unfortunately, rooms do not have any air-conditioning, but Hotel will offer to use of a small fan. Staff at this hotel are particularly friendly and helpful, but in my opinion are limited by the age of the building.
