The umpteenth time staying at Lombok Astoria, always satisfied with the condition of the hotel and its service. The hotel's interior design looks luxurious and high class. The view of the room is very beautiful, with views of the Rinjani mountains. Spacious rooms, great facilities. The breakfast menu is varied and delicious. The restaurant staff is very caring, respectful and serves elegantly. The uniform is well laid out. There is a clean swimming pool, my children loved it

La mia famiglia è rimasta qui per due notti, e è stato molto bello dare un letto extra alla nostra stanza il giorno della nostra arrivo, ma abbiamo avuto una terribile esperienza nella prima notte. La nostra camera aveva diverse carenze di energia elettrica diverse volte (6 - 7 volte) e finalmente ci offrono di andare in un'altra stanza, e improvvisamente hanno pagato per il letto extra, ero così turbato e disse al ricevitore di mettere il pagamento per il letto extra sul nostro conto e chiese In mattinata, ho incontrato Ibu Aming, il loro manager dell’hotel, e lei era molto gentile e simpatica, dopo aver sentito la mia storia, ha rinunciato al pagamento extra per letto dal nostro conto e ci ha offerto di aggiornare per la camera deluxe. Sicuramente consiglio Sunwood Hotel se stai cercando un hotel urbano a Mataram, hanno tutto quello che ti serve, piscina, spa, ristorante e vari prodotti alimentari in buffet per colazione.

Da quando siamo arrivati all'hotel ci sentiamo attenti. Ogni aspetto del nostro soggiorno, compreso il meraviglioso ricevimento e colazione, rendeva l'esperienza davvero memorabile. Non potevamo sbagliare alcun aspetto del servizio che abbiamo ricevuto. Un hotel a 3 stelle che merita davvero una valutazione di 5 stelle.

Ho soggiornato due notti all'hotel Santika Mataram, posso dire con certezza che sono più vicini a quattro stelle rispetto a quelle che gli sono state date.Il personale è molto professionale e amichevole, l'intero hotel è mantenuto particolarmente bene, pulito e alla moda. La stanza e alcune celebrità sono dello stesso livello (come Belle Belle, Norfort, Cayenne, ecc.), anche se il paesaggio non è bello, non è colpa dell'hotel.La rete wireless è stata inclusa, è gratuita e molto veloce. La scelta della colazione di auto-supporto è molto ampia, da vari piatti moscche a cibo occidentale, zuppa, riso (riso), la sua posizione è buona, proprio accanto alla piscina, le piante lo circondano. Vivo qui, è al centro, andare al centro commerciale, negozio, ristorante e così via per dieci minuti.E molto prezioso.

The view of the room is very beautiful, with views of the Rinjani mountains. Spacious rooms, great facilities. The breakfast menu is varied and delicious. The restaurant staff is very caring, respectful and serves elegantly. The uniform is well laid out. There is a clean swimming pool, my children loved it

UUtente ospiteDa quando siamo arrivati all'hotel ci sentiamo attenti. Ogni aspetto del nostro soggiorno, compreso il meraviglioso ricevimento e colazione, rendeva l'esperienza davvero memorabile. Non potevamo sbagliare alcun aspetto del servizio che abbiamo ricevuto. Un hotel a 3 stelle che merita davvero una valutazione di 5 stelle.

UUtente ospiteLa mia famiglia è rimasta qui per due notti, e è stato molto bello dare un letto extra alla nostra stanza il giorno della nostra arrivo, ma abbiamo avuto una terribile esperienza nella prima notte. La nostra camera aveva diverse carenze di energia elettrica diverse volte (6 - 7 volte) e finalmente ci offrono di andare in un'altra stanza, e improvvisamente hanno pagato per il letto extra, ero così turbato e disse al ricevitore di mettere il pagamento per il letto extra sul nostro conto e chiese In mattinata, ho incontrato Ibu Aming, il loro manager dell’hotel, e lei era molto gentile e simpatica, dopo aver sentito la mia storia, ha rinunciato al pagamento extra per letto dal nostro conto e ci ha offerto di aggiornare per la camera deluxe. Sicuramente consiglio Sunwood Hotel se stai cercando un hotel urbano a Mataram, hanno tutto quello che ti serve, piscina, spa, ristorante e vari prodotti alimentari in buffet per colazione.
