L'hotel della stanza è molto pulito, il servizio della ricetta è molto entusiasta. È molto vicino alla più grande moschea. C'è una radio per fare il bagno circa le cinque del mattino. Mangia meno vicino. Devi andare a cercare. La porta dell'hotel ha una barbecue di notte, ma la varietà non mangia molto!Il quadro è la moschea!

I marked a point down as the ac unit leaked water all night long, otherwise the room was fine, though there is no balcony. Breakfast was good, the pool was pretty usable but not very big and the gym had some free weights, treadmills and multi gym and was fine to use. The biggest let down was it's so far away from anywhere unless you have your own transport

This is not my first time came here, and the situation is the same. The cleanness and the ambience still the same. Only a little incidents like a noise sound from the machine pomp and the internet connection from my room is annoying but the GM directly promt response and I moved to the room where I used to in that hotel in the next day , so everything is ok . The croissant is delicious also lupis and getuk the traditional cake, maybe in other days I can taste plecing kangkung here and ayam taliwang. All the team are friendly and helpfull . I will come back again

La mia famiglia è rimasta qui per due notti, e è stato molto bello dare un letto extra alla nostra stanza il giorno della nostra arrivo, ma abbiamo avuto una terribile esperienza nella prima notte. La nostra camera aveva diverse carenze di energia elettrica diverse volte (6 - 7 volte) e finalmente ci offrono di andare in un'altra stanza, e improvvisamente hanno pagato per il letto extra, ero così turbato e disse al ricevitore di mettere il pagamento per il letto extra sul nostro conto e chiese In mattinata, ho incontrato Ibu Aming, il loro manager dell’hotel, e lei era molto gentile e simpatica, dopo aver sentito la mia storia, ha rinunciato al pagamento extra per letto dal nostro conto e ci ha offerto di aggiornare per la camera deluxe. Sicuramente consiglio Sunwood Hotel se stai cercando un hotel urbano a Mataram, hanno tutto quello che ti serve, piscina, spa, ristorante e vari prodotti alimentari in buffet per colazione.

Il centro della città è un bel posto dove stare! La piscina ha una vista molto bella e posso vedere anche la montagna Rinjani. Il personale è amichevole, le camere sono pulite, ma forse il cibo deve essere aggiornato per menu variabile. in generale molto consigliato!

Service: superb Rooms: spacious and big Cleanliness: clean Breakfast: very tasty and enough Location: okay Price: more than fair Wifi: good STOP SCROLLING, DONT LOOK ANY FURTHER! This is the place to stay when in Lombok. Service - Staff is very friendly. You are welcomed with a drink and towel, and we loved the warm snack that came with it. They go all the way and beyond for you. When they didn’t had a coke they still managed to get one. They welcomed you every time when walking in. The smiles and the sweetness. Also a really big thank you to Mita who managed to get bus tickets to get from Mataram all the way to Labuan Bajo. They were so incredible sweet. They have weekly a get together with some food and invited us to join. Thank you so much guys. Rooms - Spacious, romantic, clean. Very home feel. The view from our room to the swimming pool is so nice. Also the possibility to sit outside is great. Only the bathroom gets a bit wet when showering. Breakfast - the breakfast is good. You get a lot. You choose the night before. The afternoon snack was always fun and we returned to the hotel to enjoy that one! Also eating there is really tasty. Especially the French toast as dessert is to die for! Location - Our plan was only to stay a couple of nights and then move to other part in Lombok. So glad we stayed here for a whole week instead! We rented a motorbike and discovered all the way to Kuta. We saw so much of the island. The price is more than fair. You get much more than in other places. Please keep up the fantastic work. Hope to come back one day.
