Sapevo che questo hotel è solo 3 stelle, ma il personale non ha alcuna comprensione della situazione dell'ospite.. Ho arrivato all'hotel a 11.30 am. Mia figlia ha appena buttato in piedi per l'hotel da surabaya, quindi ho spiegato tutto al receptionista, così forse posso avere un check-in precoce, ma la risposta è un Big No. Devo aspettare fino alle 2:00 per arrivare la mia stanza. Poteva vedere che la maglietta di mia figlia era sporca e che la sua condizione era in cattiva forma.Ma non possiamo ancora entrare.Alla fine mi ha detto di pagare 100.000 rupie per entrare presto. Sono molto disappunto

Per il bacino, è terribile
Per colazione, è scritto nella scatola di riso reale occidentale e consegnato alle 7:00 quando le persone erano ancora a letto mentre arrivammo all'hotel alle 3:00 e solo dormimmo alle 4:00, facendo un mal di testa 😩😭

I like the architecture design of the hotel. The combination atmosphere between modern and Javanese traditional style is stunning. The bungalow was huge and luxurious with great amenities. It only consists of 10 bungalows. The staffs were nice and friendly. But they didn’t always around anytime like conventional hotel except the security guards, off course. The food was good, the only drawback was the menu offered limited options. The location was quite, next to the golf field.
