OowajawaSono sempre stato soddisfatto dell'ospitalità dell'hotel Amaris a Jakarta e Surabaya Mantenendo in mente il loro buon servizio, ho prenotato qui una stanza per la mia famiglia. Dovremmo controllare in anticipo e l'hotel è stato ospitato dalla ricezione. La ricerca di una slot di parcheggio è stata una sfida più grande, il parcheggio di base ha un spazio limitato e con l'evento che si è tenuto nella sala da ballo, è diventato una cosi' afflitta esperienza. Nessuno era li' per gestire il parcheggio, quindi ci erano due auto egoistiche che prendevano tre posti. E quando ho trovato un parcheggio, mi ha tolto i beni e mi ha camminato al lobby, un ragazzo mi ha fermato e mi ha chiesto di parcheggiare altrove. Come va bene! Se il posto doveva essere riservato, perché non c'era alcun segno di questo???? E il ragazzo finalmente l'ha lasciato andare. Tuttavia. Poi, circa le 9:00, dove la nostra famiglia era caduta, la ricezione ci ha chiamati e ci ha svegliati tutti. Questo è inaccettabile. Solo perché si sveglia ancora e fa il vostro lavoro, non significa che anche i vostri ospiti siano svegli.Per favore, migliori la qualità delle risorse umane.

ZZelfaAvevamo una stanza sul nono piano, dove c'era una doccia calda che amo, ma come la scorsa notte abbiamo avuto una stanza sul sesto piano, la stanza era molto male per essere onesta. Il tubo d’aria del bagno è stato rotto o disattivato, quindi l’odore è cattivo e la doccia non ha nemmeno avuto una doccia calda.

La camera è anche molto pulita, l'acqua calda e fredda funziona molto bene. La posizione è strategica, anche. E 'vicina al centro commerciale Palembang Indah.
