Naraya è l'hotel più comodo a Kupang. L'atmosfera è bella, le camere sono anche spaziose e pulite. Forse il cibo deve essere un po' aggiornato, soprattutto per il riso. Il resto è delizioso. Le bevande sono deliziose.

Getting worst, this was my third visit and the cleanliness were getting worst. Small cockroaches in the bathroom, in the cabinet and near the TV area. Really a nightmare. Im okay with old furniture but not ok with their standard of cleaning. Will not stay in this hotel for future business trip. When we arrived even the doorman was just stand up and not helping us to carry out the baggage. Very minimum basic training of hospitality

Solo questa volta ha prenotato una stanza ordinaria senza terrazza e non sopra la piscina.
Si è constatato che il prezzo era diverso da quello precedente.
Ma la cosa importante è che il colazione è il mio porridge preferito, è ancora lì, più ora, c'è un drink extra erbaceo.
Misure di gestione creativa.
Tuttavia, si prega di tenere le strutture e le attrezzature della stanza, nonché il condizionamento dell'aria frenato, in modo che possano sempre funzionare, pulire e raffreddare.

Il personale è amichevole e parla bene.
Entrambe le piscine hanno scena marina; la piscina grande passa attraverso un'altra piscina piccola nel ristorante, che può scendere direttamente sulla spiaggia.
La colazione (buffet) è ricca.
La stanza è grande, ma il bagno di scarico spesso si e' fallito. Fortunatamente, i dipendenti vengono rapidamente riparati; ma il giorno dopo il bagno ha ancora fallito la stanza e ha bisogno di riparare i dipendenti.

This is my third time staying at Harper Kupang. The first time i came here they dont have a SPA and gym yet, also the building is not finish yet and my second time here they already finish the building and adding SPA, GYM and Kids Corner, I was very pleasant with the uograde they make, so when i came the third time here i decided to give aome review to Harper Kuoang so that people can come here and enjoy the fantastic service of the Hotel. I would like to see more improvement this Hotel can give.

My stay at the Aston Hotel was excellent. The room was immaculate with a wonderful sea view. The amenities the hotel offers were to my liking. Most of all I was impressed by the friendliness of all the staff in the breakfast restaurant, at the reception, the driver with a special mention for doorman Pak Ronaldo.

Everything was very good. The AC was a bit weak. It took 8 hours to really cool down even with the bathroom door closed. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. We paid for the cheapest room and still got an excellent condition king size bed! The breakfast buffet was very good. I used the massage chair every day (4 days). The view of the sea and sky was spectacular!

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo fatto prenotazioni perché abbiamo avuto un transito di 6 ore a Kupang così arrivando all'hotel e il personale molto rude dice che la stanza non è pronta e il loro check im è 12.00 che poi non abbiamo più bisogno delle camere. Nessun gestore di turni disponibile e un discorso frontale e personale molto non addestrato. Basta non sprecare il vostro tempo venendo qui !!!
