Very nice stay experience, surprisingly it has a well equipped gym for no reason to skip workout! Free parking! Clean room at detail, overall satisfied, definitely will come back again! Breakfast was acceptable but could be better

Questa non è una posizione di lusso ma una molto comoda e confortevole : prenotazione online, direttamente alla pensione a un buon prezzo, check-in rapido; la posizione è molto tranquilla (molto vicino alla stazione di autobus 8E che va al centro della città, 15 minuti di autobus); le camere sono pulite (chiamata ogni giorno); ci sono reti di moschito per aprire la porta balcone senza paura di insetti all'interno; parcheggio gratuito all'interno del giardino e anche davanti alla pensione. Se c'è qualcosa di negativo, si tratta delle tolettarie (solo sapone e carta da toletta) e dei mattoni (si raccomanda di sgomberarli).

In realta' volevo passare tre notti in questo hotel con una ragazza, ma la posizione è bella, ma si risparmia i prezzi degli hotel nel centro. La ricezione era occupata 24/7, anche la domanda di un forno è stata risolta piuttosto velocemente, ma non ha funzionato correttamente. Poco prima di andare a letto, abbiamo notato un piccolo cavolo sul nostro letto, che abbiamo identificato abbastanza rapidamente come un letto. Abbiamo poi fatto una visita alla reception a 2Uhr di notte, che si è scusato più volte e ci ha portato in una nuova stanza. La stanza era situata nel quartiere, dove non era stata chiusa la porta d'ingresso. Paranoia ha fatto un'occhiata alla nuova stanza per le biancheria da letto e purtroppo è stata trovata anche lì. In effetti, non abbiamo dormito tutta la notte. Abbiamo poi fatto un check-out il giorno dopo il più presto possibile, un punto di più: le due notti che avevamo prenotato sono state rimborsate completamente (solo in bar e forint). Quando si segnala il secondo incidente con lettini, ovviamente, non sembrava esistere un grande interesse per questa informazione. Conclusione: Non consigliabile, non prenotare qui!!!

Si trova a pochi passi da una delle più grandi stazioni ferroviarie di Budapest, il che rende perfetto per me soggiornare qui per prendere un treno diretto all'Ungheria occidentale. La colazione è gustosa. La camera da letto è moderna e pulita.

Transport infrastructure: Decent. There's are bus stops within 5 mins of the hotel that will grant you swift access to Kelenfold Terminus where you can access pretty much anywhere from. On site parking for multiple vehicles and or coaches.(4/5) Facilities: Good. swimming pool, jacuzzi, bio and Finnis steam rooms. Aromatherapy room, salt cave, hamam style steam room (wasn't working during my visit) infrared sauna. At least 3 squash courts. Weights room with cardio equipment. Lifts. 2 lane bowling alley. A bar (only open from Tuesday to Saturday. Small garden area with a water fountain. Restaurant. (3.5/5) Room: Bad. The bed was comfortable. It was big enough to cope with my size. Room safe and mini bar fridge both present. Very basic toilitress and Rubin branded containers. Shower cubicle. Missing a sealant at the bottom of the glass door. So water floodsthe room everytime you have a shower. Which would then flood into the carpet of the room and leave the place smelling damp. When reported to staff. They offer extra towels and say ”these block the leak use them as it's the same in all of the rooms” can I see another room type please. No (1/5) Staff: Very good and very bad. The room was next door to the housekeepers office which means there was constant footfall and buggy outside at all times. The good thing though is if you need an extra towel or set of bathrobes. Instant replacement. Rooms were turned down daily but not vacuumed daily without a request. Any cutlery you brought from outside of the room was left for you to return yourself. Restaurant staff were polight and patient. Bar staff if you get to meet ”Pieter” (sorry if that's not how you spell your name buddy) he's a really cool guy and into rugby. His English is really good. He has a great sense of humour a d he works hard to keep the vibes going in a great direction. Reception - Daniel was fantastic. He had great local knowledge and stacks if information regarding sightseeing and tourist stuffs. Restaurant: very good. The cooked food was always prepared very well the grilled chicken was almost perfect the risotto was creamey and paired fantastically with a Hungarian white wine. An omelette in the morning is how I test the kitchens and the delivered everytime (not always with the correct ingredients but . . Language barrier maybe?) Cons: The day I booked directly with the hotel for the best deal. I found x2 other sites with better offers. I emailed and no response was received. I had to call them to chase a response after the transfer had been confirmed and evidenced via my bank at which point they confirmed payment had been received. No response to my room queries or dietary requests until after payment had been confirmed. Upon arrival no discussion price variation just a reminder convo regarding room payment triple checked. The night prior to check out. I asked the receptionist if there were outstanding charges and from nowhere there was an additional 6,000 HUF. When the b

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in questo hotel durante il nostro viaggio in auto a Budapest. La struttura si trova in posizione decentrata ma ben collegata al centro: a circa 5 minuti a piedi si trova la fermata del tram e a 10 minuti la metro. Comodo il parcheggio privato gratuito. La camera ampia, pulita, silenziosa e confortevole. Colazione buona e ben assortita sia nella parte dolce sia in quella salata. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Vale assolutamente gli 80€ a notte. Staff professionale, cortese e disponibile, specialmente in occasione dello spiacevole episodio occorsoci la mattina del check out quando mi sono accorto che dal beauty mancava il mio profumo Bulgari. Ho fatto immediatamente presente al ragazzo alla reception il quale dopo essersi scusato (non sembrava neanche tanto sorpreso come se non fosse la prima volta) e dopo aver fatto una breve verifica mi ha accreditato il controvalore sulla carta di credito.

La stanza è OK per una notte, il mio volo è stato spostato. Il bagno ha un fungo sul tetto e il mantenimento del bastone è stato interrotto, il mantenimento del bastone era nel bagno, quindi lo sapevi. Tappeto pieno di punti. Aria condizionata era molto rumoroso come un motore che ruote. Durante il colazione ho preso un croissant che era ancora in acqua. Il caffè era freddo. Un po 'amichevole, ma non tedesco, come si dice sul sito Internet.

We had a very pleasant stay and were surprised by some of the reviews. The hotel is situated beside a main road but we found that our room and balcony was soundproofed well, despite facing the road. Sadly I didn’t catch the guys name who works nights, but he was super kind and helpful, as were the rest of the staff. Lovely high pressure shower and comfy beds. We opted in for the buffet breakfast at £10 each and there was plenty to choose from (eggs, sausages, bacon, toast, pastries, fruit, yoghurt, coffee, juice). We found this set us up for the day as there aren’t many breakfast places close to the hotel. Takes around 10 minutes in a Bolt (taxi) to get into main Budapest, they take around 3 minutes to arrive to the hotel at most. It was around £5 to get into town. All in all we enjoyed our stay here, great quality for the price and would return again! There are some tweaks and modernisations that need updating in terms of decoration, but hopefully when you’re visiting a city as beautiful as Budapest you can give those things a miss when looking for a cheap stay! :)
