Buon hotel, eccellente colazione e cena.

Hotel carino, ci siamo fermati per una settimana e ci siamo divertiti. Arrivammo alla fine della stagione, quindi la zona era molto tranquilla, ma vivevamo che non era così occupata. La stanza era davvero pulita così 10/10 per il nostro amazzante pulizia, non poteva fare abbastanza per noi. Eravamo a metà tavolo, si occupava di pranzo, quindi siamo andati molto tardi, il colazione è dalle 7 alle 11 e la cena è dalle 7 alle 9:00. Solo l'influenza era cibo era freddo, anche le cose fresche erano messe fuori era come caldo al meglio. Avevo una brutta notte di pioggia, e il ristorante era colpito, non ci sono posti disponibili, non sembravano riuscire a mantenere la domanda. Se si porta una macchina si aspetta di essere pagato €8 al giorno e il parco è molto piccolo, spesso abbiamo giocato parco Jenga cercando di uscire dalla nostra auto, auto appena abbandonate con alcune chiavi non lasciate alla reception che rovinò alcuni dei nostri piani perché non potevamo uscire . La punta superiore lascia la tua auto parcheggiata sulla strada, lascia una nota sul tavolo con il numero della stanza, e le chiavi alla ricezione, se si ottiene un biglietto l'hotel paga, ma hanno consigliato loro di raramente ottenere biglietti. Quando si scende sulla spiaggia si può ottenere inti baska voda a sinistra e è circa 10 minuti. O Brela ti a destra di nuovo circa 10 minuti a piedi, alcuni bellissimi ristoranti entrambi i modi. Ancora una volta non sapevamo che era la fine della stagione, quindi si è notato una differenza dopo il 30 settembre, molti posti chiusi, ma ci è piaciuto.

The hotel is fabulous, love the decoration of rooms and general areas.the staff from reception ,bar ,waitress,cooks and house keeping are really friendly,they are all very welcoming.The breakfast is superb and evening dinner is first class .we were on bed and breakfast but eaten in hotel restaurants on a few nights which was really good. The spa area is good but has a few issues which I am not pleased about which needs addressing,why being here they had 30% off spa but was not advertised,we only found out when we went to pay for a massage,when my wife paid for her predicure she was charged full price ,I complain about this to spa staff but it only apply to massages not anything else but I was told by one spa lady it was for everything then another it’s only on a Monday. So be careful the 30% is only massages but then I got court out ,I had a massage for one hour the they charge me the half hour rate twice €40 x 2 =€80 but other massages were €70 for an hour but were similar in treatments so if you are booking one hour go for €70 treatments ,so they made an extra €10 .oh yes you don’t get receipt for cash , but credit card you do.it looks like it’s going elsewhere. Now my other issue is Jacuzzi ,indoor pool area ,all the tiles are coming off in bottom and making the bottom sharp ,this is dangerous and should be closed someone is going to have a accident so be aware. The resort area is wonderful,the walks around bay and all restaurants. You must so the Waterfall trip ,it’s fabulous, book with hotel not Tui,it’s cheaper. Just one other thing that could be improved, a welcome drink would be nice on arrival after a long travel to get here but nothing .this is the first place in all my travels this has happened ,I was in Croatia last year and 5 years ago and we got drinks in both hotels but not here ,it just would be nice as a welcome to our hotel .very poor otherwise hotel first class.

An excellent hotel in a great location - beautifully situated on the coast and freshly renovated. Fantastic family apartments and soothing surroundings of a pine forest. Very nice staff speaking English :) The food in the All Inclusive version is very tasty and diverse, including meat and vegetarian options, seafood, local dishes, fruit and vegetables, as well as pizza straight from the oven, sweets and ice cream. I highly recommend it!
