Resort bellissimo, stanze ampie e pulite. Piscina enorme e sempre pulita. Tutto sembra ben curato. Non ho apprezzato affatto, invece, il ”self check in” all'arrivo. Praticamente si è costretti ad arrivare al Resort, magari stanchi per le ore di aereo e di taxi dall'aeroporto e, viene chiesto all'ospite di connettersi a internet con il proprio cellulare e compilare davanti a loro il check in (con tutti i dati dei vari passaporti). Ho perso 20 minuti per un'attività che, onestamente, deve essere rimessa al personale dell'hotel o, quantomeno, il form del check in potrebbe essere anticipata via mail qualche giorno prima in modo che lo si possa compilare a casa. Questa cosa l'ho trovata assurda e non consona ad un resort 5 stelle. Cibo con grandissima quantità e scelta. Qualità però mediocre. Poca scelta di cibi ”semplici” per i bambini ( nonostante il 95 per cento degli ospiti sia costituito da famiglie con bambini). Nota negativa sui vini. Va bene l'All Inclusive, ma i vini Bianchi e Rossi sono al limite della decenza; accettabile il rosè. Sarei stato anche disposto a comprare una bottiglia scelta da me, extra riseptto all'All Inclusive, ma nessuno dei camerieri mi ha mai proposto nulla. Forse non si può proprio fare. Personale quasi sempre sorridente e disponibile. A volte però ho avuto difficoltà anche per le richieste più basilari (scaldare latte per il bambino. Quando l'ho chiesto mi hanno rimbalzato 4 camerieri diversi guardandomi come se chiedessi chissà cosa). Quello che mi da molto fastidio ( e non accetto da un 5 stelle) è che quando rivolgi una domanda al personale, questo, prima di risponderti, spesso inizia a parlare con altri colleghi davanti all'ospite in lingua locale (greco in questo caso), magari ridacchiando tra loro. Non lo trovo molto professionale. Regole Covid completamente ignorate. Nonostante l'obbligo della mascherina all'interno (di cui ho avuto conferma all'arrivo) nessuno del personale la indossa, e nemmeno gli ospiti. Solo l'ultimo giorno, non si sa perché, tutti la hanno improvvisaente indossata. Forse qualcuno si è lamentano o più probabilmente ci sarà stato quache caso di positività. In ogni caso non mi è piaciuto. Se si stabilisce una regola, deve essere quella: con o senza mascherina. Conclusione: posto davvero molto bello e piacevole. Ci vorrei tornare sperando che migliorino in alcune delle criticità segnalate e poter dare 5 stelle. Resort bellissimo, stanze ampie e pulite. Piscina enorme e sempre pulita. Tutto sembra ben curato. Non ho apprezzato affatto, invece, il ”self check in” all'arrivo. Praticamente si è costretti ad arrivare al Resort, magari stanchi per le ore di aereo e di taxi dall'aeroporto e, viene chiesto all'ospite di connettersi a internet con il proprio cellulare e compilare davanti a loro il check in (con tutti i dati dei vari passaporti). Ho perso 20 minuti per un'attività che, onestamente, deve essere rimessa al personale dell'hotel o, quantomeno, il form del check in potrebbe essere anticipata via mail qualche giorno prima in modo che lo si possa compilare a casa. Questa cosa l'ho trovata assurda e non consona ad un resort 5 stelle. Cibo con grandissima quantità e scelta. Qualità però mediocre. Poca scelta di cibi ”semplici” per i bambini ( nonostante il 95 per cento degli ospiti sia costituito da famiglie con bambini). Nota negativa sui vini. Va bene l'All Inclusive, ma i vini Bianchi e Rossi sono al limite della decenza; accettabile il rosè. Sarei stato anche disposto a comprare una bottiglia scelta da me, extra riseptto all'All Inclusive, ma nessuno dei camerieri mi ha mai proposto nulla. Forse non si può proprio fare. Personale quasi sempre sorridente e disponibile. A volte però ho avuto difficoltà anche per le richieste più basilari (scaldare latte per il bambino. Quando l'ho chiesto mi hanno rimbalzato 4 camerieri diversi guardandomi come se chiedessi chissà cosa). Quello che mi da molto fastidio ( e non accetto da un 5 stelle) è che quando rivolgi una domanda al personale, questo, prima di risponderti, spesso inizia a parlare con altri colleghi davanti all'ospite in lingua locale (greco in questo caso), magari ridacchiando tra loro. Non lo trovo molto professionale. Regole Covid completamente ignorate. Nonostante l'obbligo della mascherina all'interno (di cui ho avuto conferma all'arrivo) nessuno del personale la indossa, e nemmeno gli ospiti. Solo l'ultimo giorno, non si sa perché, tutti la hanno improvvisaente indossata. Forse qualcuno si è lamentano o più probabilmente ci sarà stato quache caso di positività. In ogni caso non mi è piaciuto. Se si stabilisce una regola, deve essere quella: con o senza mascherina. Conclusione: posto davvero molto bello e piacevole. Ci vorrei tornare sperando che migliorino in alcune delle criticità segnalate e poter dare 5 stelle. Il personale di questo hotel è fantastico, non può essere più alloggiato e ha il miglior servizio clienti. Vasso era sorprendente, il manager del ristorante e tutto il suo personale erano fantastici, le signore del bar, che lavorano così duro, e i puliziari - tutti fantastici e non posso parlarne più alto. Anche il miglior massaggio di schiena e spa della mia vita al bagno! avevamo una stanza di nuoto che era grande, la piscina principale è grande e non è mai troppo occupata. Il cibo era grande, il buffet più fresco e inclusivo che abbiamo mai sperimentato - nessun bug di bug qui!! Il servizio di pulizia si effettua due volte al giorno per assicurarsi che si possa sempre avere degli asciugamani freschi che sono un grande toccamento. È stato perfetto alla sera, perché ogni divertimento è piacevole, non è sopra la parte superiore, e troppo alto. Un hotel perfetto per una pausa rilassante. Avrei consigliato molto a chiunque considerando una vacanza qui.
