I just wanted to mention that me and two of my colleagues came in earlier in the week (for the first time) for some food as we have recently moved in to a new office in the area and we were all very impressed with the level of good old fashioned customer service that we received from Trish. She really went above and beyond and it was hugely appreciated. We will definitely be visiting again and just wanted to say thank you. Luke

We have just stayed here for 2 nights for a local event. The hotel is very clean,warm and homely. It has a cottage feel about it and the owners are very friendly and helpful. Room lovely,very comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast was delicious,freshly prepared and good choice too. Thank you for a lovely stay

Went to the front desk to ask for location directions as I got lost on the motorway and the staff were really helpful and kind, two ladies one with short pink hair and one with blonde hair, so lovely and reassuring. It’s so nice seeing people like this, especially to younger generations, they even gave me a printed version of maps to my way home. Don’t know what I would’ve done instead xxx

Il servizio è stato grande per tutta la stanza. La cena è stata molto gentile, un po' lento ma amichevole personale. Il colazione era anche di buono standard.

Questo è un hotel 'bilancio' molto buono convenientemente situato per Leeds e per il M1. Le camere sono di buona dimensione con un comodo letto e il bagno ha una doccia decente. L'hotel e la camera sono puliti e il personale è amichevole e utile. L'unico (meno) negativo è che la luce nella stanza potrebbe essere un po' più luminosa. In generale un grande posto per soggiornare

Staff were really friendly & very helpful! Nothing was to much, even when we came back early hours of the morning and reception was closed the last saw us and helped with some food :) Room was clean, bed very comfortable, location was great close to transport to Leeds.

Se avessi avuto una tale esperienza, incontrarmi con la famiglia non avrei mai visto in età così che in sé mi eccitava. Macey è stata servita nel bar che ci ha incontrato per un chat e era una ragazza così piacevole che ci ha accolto e ci ha dato un servizio fantastico tutta la sera. ***** L'hotel è di elevato livello di pulizia e la stanza si scioglie luss non sa cosa fosse. Questo è sicuramente un posto che consiglio e sicuramente ritornerò. Grazie a tutta la squadra.

Molto bene!L'ambiente è bello, il personale del negozio è amichevole, la stanza è pulita!Le strutture sono nuove, spero che la prossima volta possa tornare, è una buona esperienza!Raccomandare questo hotel!

Il check-in era pulito e confortevole, ma c'era un po' di rumore fuori, forse da un edificio adiacente. Il colazione era eccellente con molte scelte e cibo a disposizione. Non c'era sapone da bagno nel contenitore che significa che i puliziari non controllavano. A parte che il mio soggiorno era eccellente. Io consiglio l'hotel.
