We stayed here for a night. Plenty of parking outside you just need to check in and put your registration in. Check in was easy and the lady on reception was lovely. Our room was clean and what you expect from a Travelodge. Extra tea and coffee was available in reception. Having the pub next door was great for breakfast and other meals if you need them. All the staff were great.

We stayed here for 2 nights as we were going to see the Abba show at the Abba arena. I cannot fault it at all. We had a lovely bedroom which was spotlessly clean and had a little terrace with table and two chairs. There was a supply of biscuits tea coffee etc and two bottles of water which were replenished. The bath towels were a sensible size and were replaced on the second day and shampoo ,shower gel, hand wash and hand lotion provided. There was also a floor standing fan in our room which was appreciated as the weather was very hot. The staff were all friendly and there was a fantastic cooked breakfast on both days(we were staying over the weekend-I think in the week it is a continental breakfast.) There was also cereals, fruit juices and pastries and bread provided to make toast. There was a bus which stopped nearby and we were able to get to woodford underground station on the central line which was ideal for getting to the Abba arena. The pub was located in a nice area and the localpeople were all friendly. If we are ever going to an event in London again we would not hesitate to stay there.

This hotel is a little gem. Set in a woodland garden and easily accessible to central London and Stansted airport, the staff are marvellous, the rooms are always clean and comfortable and they do a great breakfast. Whenever I visit London I will be staying here - love it!

A me piaceva · La stanza e il bagno erano puliti. Il proprietario era inizialmente amichevole - ho chiesto di controllare il tempo, lei non si preoccupava - ogni volta che ero pronto, che era una bella risposta. Il parcheggio era facile. Il bagno era ben presentato. Non piaceva · Il doccia era in calore - quando ho detto al proprietario che lei aveva detto che ”molte persone” avevano lamentato, ma la colpa era con me (e con la gente precedente) perché non abbiamo usato il dial. Ho usato il dial e era in calore. Poiché molte persone hanno denunciato, il problema è chiaramente il doccia e non ”molte persone”. Dopo ha detto che erano due persone. Il proprietario era ostili alla mia denuncia, che non è davvero ingiustificata. La stanza è sbalordita (vedi foto). Le tende non sono adatte, non sono affiancate correttamente (vedi immagini). I mobili sono sp**** e shabby (vedi immagini). Il quadro di Windows sembra essere fuso. I buchi nelle tende (vedi immagini). Il letto è squarciato non appena viene toccato. Quando mi lamentai della doccia, il proprietario ha detto che non era un hotel a 5 stelle, è un hotel a 0 stelle. Questo non è davvero abbastanza buono. I principi che mi aspettano sono un letto che non si spruzza e una doccia che è utile.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel come dormire da qualche parte mentre facevamo alcune viaggi di famiglia a Londra. Ciò che ci ha reso l'hotel in piedi per noi è stato il personale. Sfortunatamente siamo stati uno degli ultimi a venire per colazione e i bambini avevano messo i loro cuori su croissants. L’hotel era scappato, e erano un po’ delusi, perché non c’era molto altro che adoravano, ma una delle cameriere uscì con il suo croissant personale che aveva messo indietro per il suo colazione e lo aveva dato a mia figlia. Questo è stato un modo di andare oltre e oltre, così gentile. Grazie mille!
