Questa è la mia seconda volta che sono rimasto in questo hotel e non posso fare il male al servizio. Esther alla ricezione è stata così utile e ha portato un po' di giocattoli in camera per mia figlia di due anni. Il cappello che aveva preordinato era già nella stanza quando siamo arrivati e ci è stato dato una bella grande stanza che i tre di noi potevano godere senza essere sopra l'uno l'altro. La stanza era pulita senza spot e tutti i servizi di pulizia erano così amichevoli al mattino. Il pranzo del ristorante era eccellente (un'altra sedia alta era pronta e ci aspettava quando arrivammo) e mentre il colazione è un buffet, è una buona selezione e alta qualità. L'unica cosa piccola che suggerisco è che la qualità del caffè è migliorata e che tutti i caffè sono inclusi nel colazione come un'ulteriore ricarica per un ”caffè speciale” non è davvero in linea con un hotel di questo tipo.

Il servizio era fantastico, Kelvin era amichevole, professionale e utile. Anche il resto del personale era carino. Mangiare un po' deludente e un po' troppo costoso per quello che abbiamo ottenuto. I pomodori, il feta vegan e il pesto nettle erano amari e non molto gusti. Celeric e la salada di barbabietola erano buoni, ma non molto feta. Tuttavia, la rosa della Provençala era grande!

We have stayed at the Oaklands Park hotel a number of times before. We keep returning as we feel they keep improving with renovated rooms and real quality staffing. We also feel it is a really pleasant place to stay with easy access and parking and outstanding value.

Abbiamo prenotato per soggiornare, mentre abbiamo assistito a una 60° festa di compleanno all'hotel. Abbiamo prenotato e pagato online, quindi il controllo è stato molto facile. Abbiamo davvero goduto il nostro soggiorno. La nostra camera era molto spaziosa con un grande letto di grande dimensione re. È stato estremamente comodo! Ci ha colpito la nuova casa di bagno, con bellissime tovaglie e asciugamani, con tutte le attrezzature necessarie, quali ferro, asciugacapelli e piastrelle extra. Abbiamo prenotato una camera con colazione - che era eccellente e disponibile fino a 10.30 che era grande. Un buon set di cibo caldo includeva salsaggi di qualità e bacon. Tutti i colazione erano molto utili e veramente gioievoli, come anche il personale della ricezione, il personale del bar e i server di cibo alla sera. Ci siamo davvero divertiti.

Il doccia non aveva pressione e non molto caldo . Camera fredda non riscaldamento . Il letto era solo foglia quando chiediamo un piatto è stato dato un foglio per mantenere caldo . Inoltre hanno solo un bagno per un paio. Non rimarrà qui di nuovo . Molto deluso dal rumore presto mattina

Le condizioni sono generalmente pulite, sono più tranquille di un hotel aeroportuale dopo una notte..C'è una stazione di benzina sul lato opposto, la parte della porta è facile da abbattere. Non si consiglia di vivere qui per arrivare all'aereo

3/21/23 This email is to compliment your staff, specifically, Kim at the front desk, Libby the bar tender and Andrew your head chef. We were unexpected guests at your property on Monday, 3/13/2023. We got stuck at Heathrow Airport because of weather. We had been on the go for more than 20+ hours while traveling from Santorini Greece back home to Boston USA via London. We were very hungry. There was nothing open at Heathrow to grab any food and we were not going to sleep in the airport. We began our search for a nearby hotel that was a brand name we knew, had good reviews and most importantly had 24-hour room service. It was after 10pm when we arrived at the Shepperton hotel. Sadly we learned upon arrival that the kitchen had closed at 10pm and that the hotel does not have 24-hours room service. (This is something that should be updated on your website.) However, there was a solution for us waiting in the wings. Unbeknownst to us Andrew was in the bar area and heard me sharing with Libby our story of exhaustion, frustration, and disappointment that we could not get any dinner. Andrew jumped into action, came over to me, was polite, kind and caring and said, “you have to eat.” He went into his kitchen team and asked that they cook us cheeseburgers and French fries. Libby provided us with a couple glasses of wine on the house and Kim at the front desk shared with us her personal mobile phone charger. You see, we had no luggage when we got to your hotel, so we did not have our converters for our US pronged Apple iPhones. The above and beyond service that Kim, Libby and Andrew provided was a game changer. This trio of employees exceeded our expectations and ensured they took care of our nutritional needs, comfort, safety, and wellbeing. Hi all at the crown hotel I would just like to thank you all for the fantastic meal we all had yesterday ( 15th July) outstanding & organised service from your team which made a large group dining experience a real pleasure . the food was excellent , hot and served promptly and everyone enjoy their meal. the bar and restaurant team were polite and friendly , and a special thank you to Millie who wasn't there but provided prompt replies to emails and kept us up to date . Overall a very enjoyable lunch experience and we would definitely recommend the Crown to others . Thank you all again
