Devo ammettere che sono membro di questo istituto, quindi ho un interesse per il suo successo, ma appena uscito dal campo da golf in bisogno di birra e di cibo, sono stato accolto con entusiasmo dal personale del bar nonostante il fatto che il bar La zona era piena di persone della società del golf che avevano ovviamente pochi bevi, una festa privata e un ristorante completo. Il cibo è stato ritardato e ci è stato consigliato in anticipo. Anche se questo cibo era ben cotto e molto delizioso. Grazie speciali a Maddy e Adam, che sempre andavano in più. Sentite, ragazzi, che vi apprezzino i nostri membri che vedono il vostro duro lavoro e dedizione. PS è un club di golf, quindi se volete un biglietto a buon mercato, prendete il numero 29 di autobus a Norwich e partete a Hellesdon.

My wife and I had one nights B&B plus dinner at the Kings Head . The pub is set in a very picturesque location. On arrival our reception was very friendly, the interior of the dining area and our room (Blyth) was very warm and tastefully decorated. For dinner we both chose the Pie of the day and agreed that it was absolutely superb. Breakfast was even better, the Full English was without doubt the largest I have ever had and probably the best, all with top quality ingredients and unlimited tea! The service we received throughout our stay was also faultless, the staff that we met were all such a great advert for their employer, well done and thank you to all of you. We would highly recommend a stay here.

Very friendly, welcoming and efficient staff. The lift was out of order but help with our luggage was offered immediately. Room was immaculate and well equipped, with air conditioning and a comfortable bed. The only inconvenience was no socket for the hairdryer near a mirror. Breakfast was well presented with a good choice of hot and cold items, but more seating would be useful. Staff were clearing tables as quickly as possible, but as it was a warm and sunny morning we ate outside. Would definitely stay here again.

We were delighted with this hotel. Parking with my blue badge was easy and close to reception. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were pleased with the layout and spaciousness of our room.Decor is good, and we had very pleasant meals in the conservatory. We are light eaters and found what we wanted by using the illustrated tablets provided by the staff. We did have a problem, though. As I was pleased with the service for the evening meals I left a tip each time and it was only after I checked the bill at home that I found gratuities had been added. We were not advised of this and saw no advice of it on the tablet menus. A shame - until then we were very happy. It doesn't stop us going again but we shall leave no tips!

Looks a little run down outside and quite dated inside. We spent one night in a twin room which was reasonably clean however i would suggest they upgrade the mattress protectors. Nice little complementary tray with water, tea coffee sugar and biscuits. Staff on reception were very friendly. We didn't eat in the restaurant so can't comment. Overall stay was good.

Clean, comfortable and compact accommodation with all the basics. Very convenient if you want to visit the university, a little less so if you want to visit the city centre, although there are regular bus services. Supermarket and coffee shop close by, pleasant surroundings. Have stayed a few times and would do so again.
