We stayed here for 2 nights Monday and Tuesday , we arrived to find the free parking is actually out of sight the other side of the shops in a public long stay carpark . The room although large and spacious was not really furnished that greatly the bed was a standard double not very comfortable , the wall paper was the same I decorated my daughter's room over 10 years ago with , and in places the paint was coming of the wall or was flaking and dirty mainly on the corners and around the shelf the kettle was located on . The breakfast wasn't the best but was adequate . However on the second night we had the neighbours from hell in the next room coming in at 2330 playing computer games ,watching TV and imitating the noises on the game this went on till 0200 I. The morning . I tried calling the reception but no one picked up . no where could I find an emergency contact number either . I e mailed the hotel so they would be aware of it the following morning . Well if you ever experience this hotel don't expect tohe management to show any empathy over remorse infact one of the directors /general manager denied any responsibility for the hotel at all and his sister when she finally called me claimed they could not be held responsible for the other guests actions and did not have any members of staff on after the bar closes so guests can effectively run wild it it's not down to them . She offered about 17 quid compensation. For aa nights disturbed sleep and would not enter into any form of negotiation and offered no apologies what so ever .my advise if. Your looking for a very tired hotel and don't mind not sleeping well then fill your boots me I certainly won't be returning and as for compensation it's now in the hands of my card provider to dispute the payment under section 75 failing to provide the basic service as advertised.

We spent the night here and were very impressed with the marquee and had a great time at the party . The family room we stayed in was clean tidy and comfortable. We then all had breakfast and the staff was very attentive and helpful especially for my daughter needs as she’s gluten free , so we decided to stay on for lunch which was also very nice . I would highly recommend

We stayed in the Limes Room. It was Awesome. So clean and comfortable. The breakfast was the best we have had in a Hotel this Year. So much choice and so different. Dinner in the Restaurant was amazing too. As were the Cocktails. Staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend. Can't wait to go back. Sue and Jim Heale.

La mia famiglia si trovava qui per un matrimonio vicino a me, la camera No10 era calda, molto pulita e un letto confortevole, ma era il personale che ha fatto questa visita così speciale. Claramente, la ricezione era così benvenuta e anche portata il nostro bagaglio su due scale. Emma, che aspettava sul nostro tavolo al colazione e sembrava molto sincera di fare tutto e di fare tutto ciò che doveva fare per rendere il vostro soggiorno speciale, bella ragazza. La nostra favolosa cameriera della Carolina del Nord, che era il secondo a nessuno.Henry il nostro barista che abbiamo tenuto molto occupato 😂 un gentiluomo.Le signore che hanno pulito le camere erano anche così carino. In tutto non ricordo l'ultima volta che sono rimasto in un hotel che era tanto accogliente, caldo e curato dei suoi ospiti quanto questi ragazzi. Congratulazioni e Buon Natale 🎄

La notte del mistero della Muder con la signorina Janet Mapletree e il supporto era assolutamente fantastico.Abbiamo un tavolo di otto amici e famiglia che tutti godevano la serata incredibilmente. Il marciapiede del Pontlands Park è stato decorato in modo bellissimo, anche con luci leggere nel candelabro per creare l'atmosfera perfetta. Il pasto di tre corsi iniziato con una salada di Crayfish era brillante, il pollo in una salsa di cera era delizioso e il trio di desserti perfetto. Tutto lavato con vini eccellenti. Grazie Pontlands per una bella serata. Ci saremo tutti di nuovo.
