Hotel Qualit con molta fascinanza e attrazione. Situato in un facile accesso a Edimburgo, Glasgow e Stirling! Adele e il suo personale si sono occupati di noi e saremmo sicuramente rimasti se fossimo tornati in Scozia! Si prega di avvertire che non c'è ascensore, quindi dovrai portare il bagaglio sulle scale! Anche loro serve un grande colazione pieno!

L'hotel era bello. Ci siamo arrivati venerdì sera quando c'era un grande evento in casa. L'iscrizione era veloce e facile. Le camere erano pulite un po' calde. Fortunatamente, avevamo un fan nella stanza. Le letti erano molto confortevoli. Il pranzo al ristorante era ok, niente di adorabile, ma buono per il prezzo. Tuttavia, il personale ha una grande necessità di formazione. Non una sola cameriera/guardiana poteva sorridere. Parlavano molto velocemente e sconvolti e dovevamo indurli a tornare per ordinare ulteriori ordini. Quando ordinammo la fattura, qualcosa andava male con la carta e si sono appena spostati, ma non potevano capire, e dopo dieci minuti non ci hanno ancora ripreso, quindi dovevamo catturarli al bar per chiarire cosa è successo. La carta è stata respinta e non hanno fatto alcun sforzo per farci sapere. Ciò ci ha lasciato con un sentimento molto strano. Il colazione era la stessa, il personale non poteva sorridere o almeno guardare amico. Tutto sembrava vergognare che dovessero lavorare, non sono certo perché lo facciano, perché trattano tutti gli ospiti allo stesso modo. La mattina dopo, ci sedevamo nella zona del colazione, con il sole ci avvicinava, e li chiesemo di tirare giù i ciechi, ma ci dissero che erano solo una facciata. Il buffet per colazione era molto povero: sacchetti di cereali Kellogs (i piccoli) 3 banane, 2 vecchie mele e alcune uve.

I recently stayed at the Ravens Cliff Hotel Lodge by Marston's Inns, and found it to be a clean and comfortable choice for accommodation. One of the perks I noticed was a discount offered in the restaurant for hotel residents, though it's important to mention that this is only available if you book directly through the hotel, which was a bit disappointing. During my dining experiences at the hotel restaurant, I felt that the staff could have been more welcoming and friendly. While the service was efficient, a warmer interaction would have greatly enhanced the overall experience. Nonetheless, the food quality was satisfactory. Overall, the Ravens Cliff Hotel Lodge offers a decent stay, especially if you're looking for a straightforward, no-frills accommodation with the convenience of an on-site restaurant. It's a suitable choice for travelers seeking basic comfort and cleanliness.

L'illuminazione in tutto l'edificio è molto sottile. Bella e rilassante musica e atmosfera. Solo una mano e un asciugamano nel bagno e, sebbene ci fosse più nel fondo del letto, non sapevamo dove trovarli fino a quando non ci siamo accorti. Ero nel bagno prima di capire che non c'era un secondo asciugamano e era troppo tardi per ricevere telefono. La prenotazione aveva 2 nomi per la camera, quindi avremmo aspettato adeguati asciugamani nella camera da bagno o visibili nella camera piuttosto che sotto il letto.

Wonderful clean and cozy hotel with very friendly staff. Excellent value for the money. This hotel is ideally suited for easily getting to Glasgow, Edinburgh Aberdeen and Noth of Scotland tours. An abundance of information brochures on hand for those who wish to take advantage of the historical sites around and afar in the country. The afternoon tea in delicious and a wonder way to spend an hour or so relaxing in the middle of the day.

I had an amazing stay! Mrs. Whitelaw is so sweet and always ready to help! The room was super clean and very nice for the price. There was a very nice complimentary breakfast as well with fruits, yogurts, various cereals, and more. She also has the sweetest dog and was so happy to see her! Also, felt totally safe as a solo female traveler and was a quick 20-30 min taxi ride to the Edinburgh airport.
