It's a quiet and cosy hotel. Good views. Staff was okay. Didn't seem to make eye contact which I thought was bizarre. The cocktails were great, food was overpriced and disappointing, definitely poor quality compare to other places nearby, especially when they struggle to make steak. Small portions. Our room was clean, but there were plenty of irritating bits. Our bed was pushed together which made it not very comfortable as a couple. No toiletries in the room!!! No tootbrushes, tootpaste, shower cap, box of tissues, slippers, etc. So be warned! Also such a nice bath but not even a tiny bag of bath salts to use! Why noy support small businesses in the area and acquire some? Shower took forever to warm up. Sealant along the shower and bath should really get replaced and poorly picked radiators with loads of trapped dust next to fresh clean towels. And why are we still using the disgusting non slip rubber mats?! Coffee bags were gross. Pillows were nice and fluffy. No air conditioning in the room and turned off at the restaurant too on a warm and humid day made the stay uncomfortable at times.

Hotel carino. Amazing club di salute, molto pulito. Bella piscina grande bello e caldo. Posizione negli alberi come per il nome. Room could have done with a little renovation as starting to look tired. Ha avuto un cioccolato caldo nel servizio amichevole del bar. Non avevo il colazione, ma sperava che sarebbe stato buono. Andare in moto avrebbe avuto piacere avere spazio dedicato più vicino all'hotel, perché era un po' preoccupato come doveva parcheggiare più lontano dall'entrata, ma non c'erano problemi, quindi tutto era buono.

First time staying here. Very friendly check in. The lad on reception asked if we needed help with luggage but no help was needed. We made our way to our room which was a very long walk. I didn't realise the hotel was so big. I did like the little notices on the wall saying not far now / just a little further / just up here / nearly there etc. Very funny. On entering the room could quickly see it was quite small. The layout wasn't the best. No room for bedside cabinets which is a miss when watching TV in bed ( nowhere to put your drinks ). TV was tiny as well. I think If the bed was on the larger wall there would be ample room for bedside cabinets and larger TV on the wall that backs on to the bathroom. The wardrobe could go in the corner and the tea table next to it. ( just a suggestion). The bathroom in our room has had its day. Quite appalling that the room was let out with the bathroom in such a poor condition. Such a shame because even though our room was a bit on the small side it was clean and the bed was cumfy. Just being honest. Tiles were falling off the wall at the tap end of the bath and massive gap between the bath and the sealent so pretty sure water will be getting behind causing further damage. Also the toilet seat was wonky and needs replacing or tightened up. Anyway I'm only pointing this out because it should really be addressed If continuing to let this room out. Room 27 by the way. The food in the restaurant was fabulous. We ate in here every night. We had one minor complaint and that was on our final evening. We both ordered the chip shop plater and one of our meals was served with freezing cold curry sauce. So don't know what happened there. The lassy that brought the meals over asked if everything was alright and we mentioned it but didn't make an issue of it and she was very apologetic saying she would mention it to the kitchen staff to make sure it doesn't happen again. Other than that the food was awesome and very reasonably priced as we're the drinks. Hats off to all the staff who were very friendly and always smiling which is nice to see. Location wise it's on a very busy main road and the rooms can be noisy if the windows are open which has and adverse affect when closing as the room became very hot and stifling in the current weather. But that can't be helped I suppose. I do also hate windows that can't be opened fully. Our windows only opened a couple of inches. I know this is a safety issue but it's so annoying so maybe a fan should be provided. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. I would stay again but not in the same room unless the issues mentioned had been addressed. Many thanks.

Wow wow wow che luogo sorprendente, il nostro matrimonio era così buono, non potevo colpire una cosa, dall'incontro all'inizio con Jenna fino al giorno finale era tutto completamente senza saldatura, il cibo era eccezionale nulla era troppo, Tutti i camerieri erano sublime, un colazione il giorno dopo era anche sorprendente , questo posto è un diamante e vale la pena una visita, così felice che possiamo iniziare la nostra vita e avere questo posto come un bel posto per continuare a tornare a memoria, grazie a tutti Il personale mantiene il buon lavoro 🩷

We arrived to find that of our 3 rooms booked and paid for only 2 were available and the other had been sold to another. They made up an disused room for us to replace this sold room. However instead of the ”deluxe room” booked we had a room used for the homeless by the council which was confirmed by the staff. The facilities are very basic and some dont work. Some rooms are better than others. We had 3 rooms. Our bathroom light was intermittent, the bathroom handle was hanging off. The paint is peeling in all rooms. My daughters room was awful and we did not use it. Her bedroom window did not close even at the end of October when cold; The light on the stairway (with no windows) did not work, so the stairs were total darkness; The shower did not work and was hanging off the wall with bare wires; The tv was missing, The carpet was totally disgusting and was covered in so many stains that you didn't want to take your shoes off; Basic kitchen facilities are missing eg no bowls (had to use a lunch box to eat our cereal), other guests are loud and disrepectful... Hairs in the sink and shower; Skid marks in the toilet; Sheets are un-ironed (but a minor point considering); Communal kitchens are a disgrace and not fit for use, microwave disgusting, grease everywhere. No natural light in our room as the blind would not go up, however in another room there was no blind at all, so the light came in the room very early. We only wanted somewhere comfortable to sleep, the location was not so important, however if this is important you need to know this is on a forecourt of a petrol station. The firedoor which said to keep closed, was propped open with the fire extinguisher, which not only meant the door was not closed but there was also a blockage in the doorway. I hate having to leave a negative review but this property just isn't up to the basic standards. The only positives the bed was reasonably comfortable and the room temperature was fine in the rooms where the window closed. Wifi was OK.
