Non ero sicuro di cosa aspettarmi quando ho prenotato una stanza di famiglia al Lucarelli Inn. A quanto pare, ho trovato un vincitore. Il Lucarelli è un vasto e popolare ristorante italiano con camere in alto. Il centro commerciale di New Square è situato vicino allo sviluppo commerciale, con numerosi negozi e ristoranti. Ci controllavano in modo efficiente una giovane donna amichevole, mi colpì il check in tempo, ci siamo alzati poco dopo 12 e la stanza era pronta, era annunciata come una doppia e una sola, ma la doppia era enorme - basicamente due letti singoli insieme. Il Wi-Fi funzionava bene, i bagni e il caffè/tea erano abbondanti, la TV era buona e tutto era pulito. Se guardavo con un occhio critico, pensavo che la stanza fosse un po' date, ma era comoda, ben situata, tranquilla - che non vuoi amar? ! Rimarrei qui senza esitazione.

Despite everything was clean and spot on, the hotel has these group of Asian Men who seem to not stay in the hotel but pay to use the pool, jacuzzi etc Those men are disgusting! They would stay and not leave for other people to use the jacuzzi/sauna while speaking very loud and staring at other people! One of them was peeling his feet in the pool and washing it off with the water in the jacuzzi. At a point the water in the Jacuzzi turned green! It was disgusting! I spoke to the receptionist who was able to do NOTHING about it. The staff member at the pool facilities called Ane-Marie was confrontational, rude and lack communication skills. Her attitude was so bad and was talking to people like she was a nursery teacher. The cleaner took my food in the room and when I asked they said it had been thrown away! It was a peri peri takeaway work over £40!. The receptionist was able to ask the chef to make us wraps if not me and my children would have starved through the night!. It was a wasteful 3 days stay! The breakfast was ok but the dining furnitures are old and outdated for that kind of hotel! The gentlemen at the reception were lovely and very helpful, the chef was amazing! Another lady was an Angel called Marita. If there is a game going on, Dont bother going out! The traffic is a living hell! As they also Park in the hotel car park. Overall i will not stay again.

La stanza è più pulita, è buona, è più tranquilla, c'è un ristorante, il colazione del ristorante è anche il prezzo giusto, e si raccomanda di soggiornare.Il tetto della stanza è anche buono e ci sono sacche di plastica

Mi ando all'hotel quando visita la famiglia/ami. Molto conveniente per me a causa del prezzo e posizione. Ordinato dal ristorante questa volta intorno e il cibo era sorprendente. Sicuramente consigliere il Re di Proteina.

Il parcheggio è conveniente, il posto è pieno, la colazione è ricco, e c'è la scelta di prendere la colazione esterna. L'iniziativa amichevole del personale è di accogliere i pezzi di animali domestici, le auto e le visite di pezzi di animali domestici non sono spese aggiuntive, lode

I didn’t get the room I booked and paid for. I was travelling with my family, 2 of my sons have autism and I booked a suite with 5bedrooms so they could have a bedroom each and the rest of the family could be together. Also the suite had a lounge where we could sit as a family and my sons could have the routines we have at home. However we were moved to a different suite and I was advised that the room I had selected was being used on a long term rent and I couldn’t have it. This caused awful issues for my children and me to have to stay up all night to monitor them. There wasn’t any managers around to discuss the matter with and the service from the receptionist was awful. Just kept saying it will not be possible. I showed him my booking and explained why I needed the room I had booked and he just didn’t seem to care. The whole situation was just really upsetting. The rooms were clean enough, the showers were dreadful and there wasn’t enough crockery for everyone to have a drink or something to eat. The road noises were so loud at night even if I managed to go to bed I don’t think I would of slept! All night party went on the din of music played for most of the night. The suite we stayed in didn’t have a lounge or table facilities for my children to eat at. I have called the hotel daily since my stay and no manger will speak to me about my complaint or possible refund absolutely terrible customer service! The worst I’ve ever experienced! Wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anybody, save your money book somewhere else and probably cheaper for better!!
