Questa è stata la nostra terza visita a questo meraviglioso hotel e spa.Non si è mai sbattuto il Dmspot per un soggiorno rilassante in un bel ambiente senza scena camere pulite/comfortabili/amichevole personale dalla reception/cucina/restaurante/barstaff/housekeepers hanno tutti avuto un Sorridi e un saluto.Il Spa è così tranquillo e tranquillo e le toletta e le strutture di cambiamento eccellenti.Mangiamo nel ristorante dei laghi in cui il servizio e l'atmosfera è 10/10.The menu anche se piccoli catering per tutti i gusti( Carni/pesci/vegan/vegetari) e era ben presentato e molto delizioso(Grazie brigata cucina)Ancora una volta le opzioni per la colazione erano buone e servizio amichevole e in punto come in rhe la sera precedente.Tutto in tutto non posso raccomandare questo hotel abbastanza.Puoi trovare più economico nelle aree circostanti ma Rifiuto di credere che troverai meglio.Grazie ancora a tutti coinvolti nel msking il nostro soggiorno un altro a ricordare.Saremo tornati nel nuovo anno per essere sicuri 10/10

Being obliged to come to the Sittingbourne area several times a year on business I’d have to say that in my experience the area has few decent hotels. This Holiday Inn is basically the best of a bad bunch but sadly it doesn’t make the most of its attributes it has. The building it occupies is modern with quite stylish semi-minimalist decor. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and also nicely decorated for a chain hotel. Parking is easy and check in is usually trouble free. What lets this hotel down though is the food and beverage offering and the accompanying service. The restaurant is somewhat bland and has no atmosphere. The menu is boring and would not be out of place in a Wetherspoons which is fine if you’re in a bargain basement Wetherspoons but not if you’re in a middle market hotel. On my latest visit I ordered a starter (which tuned out to be unavailable) followed by a sirloin steak. I also asked for a glass of wine (the server didn’t know which red wines they had) and a glass of water. The wine came but with no explanation of what it was. The water only materialised after I had to chase it up. The steak when it arrived was disappointing - lots of fat and somewhat tough and in no way worth £18. I couldn’t be bothered to stay for a dessert. This place may be a little off the tourist track and mostly frequented by business travelers like myself but it would I’m sure do a lot better if it sorted out the catering. Some candles on the tables in the evening, a bit more imagination on the menu, and attentive staff serving who appear to care what they are doing would represent a 100% improvement.

We have just returned from a 3-night stay at Judd’s Folly and would like to say that we thoroughly enjoyed it. Our cottage was lovely, very clean and in beautiful surroundings. All the staff were very friendly and very helpful. The food was great and overall it was excellent value for money. Thank you for helping us to have a relaxing, enjoyable stay.

Che posto fantastico, distaccato da un servizio brillante: siamo arrivati sabato pomeriggio dopo una bella passeggiata intorno al Kings Wood, la nostra stanza non era abbastanza pronta, quindi siamo stati seduti nel pub e guardati bene mentre aspettavamo. Una volta mostrato alla nostra stanza, abbiamo trovato una stanza molto comoda e ben decorata, si sentiva lussuosa e pulita. È una posizione molto tranquilla di notte e abbiamo dormito molto bene. Siamo stati nella ”giardina”, che ha un piccolo giardino con porte di patio, il giardino è ben visibile e si sentiva davvero privato. Il pub ha una bella viva miscela di vecchi pub locali, e un bel ristorante moderno in estensione alla schiena, le due mix molto bene insieme. Era occupato il sabato sera, ma il rumore di fondo non lo superava solo per un'atmosfera piacevole. Ci sono due belle zone esterne con il campo intorno. Le tavole all'interno e all'esterno sono ben spaziate e non spazzate in. Il pranzo di sabato sera era delizioso, il nostro server (Georgia) era chattico e personalizzato e ha messo un vero sforzo per cercare di noi, niente si sentiva troppo turbato. Tutti i dipendenti sembravano davvero interessati a garantire che ci fosse un buon tempo e che ci fosse un piacere lavorare, che purtroppo oggi manca in molti luoghi. La colazione di domenica mattina era di buona qualità, ben cucinata e deliziosa, anche se non era così calda come avrebbe potuto essere. Abbiamo ancora avuto lo stesso servizio di prima notte.
