La ricezione è stata informale e il personale è stato facilmente accessibile, la stanza è stata accogliente e ben attrezzata con tè e caffè. e due bottiglie di acqua di primavera. Due set di asciugamani ampio spazio di magazzinaggio e un comodo letto matrimoniale con piastrelle extra fluffy (3). Una doccia e un bagno in camera e TV intelligente con WiFi e elettrodomestici. Grande ubicazione stradale con facile accesso al pub/restaurante. Idealmente situato per attrazioni locali come la diga, xscape e armamenti reali. Buono valore fior soldi

Il colazione dell'hotel è molto delizioso!L'altra parte è il campo di sci, è adatto per vivere gli amici di sci.La stanza è anche molto pulita e pulita, molto comoda per entrambe le persone!

Good place to stay in leeds, little bit far from city centre but there is good public transport availablity from the location to the city centre

Have stayed here 4 times in the last couple of years. Price paid is good value for setting, location, spa facilities but the rooms are definitely looking tired. Was upgraded once and there was a huge difference in the general cleanliness and decor of the room. General house and communal areas are stunning and grand but rooms under any ‘deals’ are quite basic and are very far from the reception and facilities so not so good if mobility could be an issue. Overall it ticks a lot of boxes for a familiar and convenient one night stay.

The pub and the room themselves are lovely.  We were served by a man behind the bar who greeted us with ‘what’s the name?’ He then couldn’t find the booking as he didn’t have the correct apps from which we booked through…continued to say we wasn’t booked even though proof of booking was given.  His approach changed as soon as he realised he was in the wrong, showed us to the room where we found it wasn’t what I had payed for. I booked a king size bed with two singles, was given a room with just two singles. The bathroom had hairs everywhere and hardly any toilet roll. Obviously hadn’t been cleaned and replenished. When we returned back to the room later on in the evening the room was extremely warm, tried to adjust the heating where we discovered it was only able to be changed by the bar downstairs. The bar closed at 10pm to which afterwards there was no staff on the premises. Either be too hot or open the window and have the loud noises from a main road. Couldn’t win either way.  As mentioned very nicely decorated rooms but issues throughout.
