Perché nessun ospite dell'hotel non può darci una stanza più alta e più tranquilla. La notte ha portato un cluco o è stato svegliato 2.I dipendenti non l'hanno visto, non ci sono dipendenti ogni volta che passano la ricetta.Non ci hanno detto dove era la colazione quando sono stati. 3. La prima notte è stata prenota direttamente con l'hotel, la seconda notte Trip.com. Il piccolo fratello ha detto che la camera era diversa per due notti, ma il giorno dopo non aveva altri ospiti che potevano rimanere nella prima notte. Il giorno dopo, quando abbiamo controllato, hanno detto che la stanza di oggi dovrebbe continuare. Abbiamo aspettato dodici minuti e abbiamo detto che dovremmo pagare 20 sterline per continuare la stanza precedente. 4.L'hotel non ha un guaio, il prezzo è l'hotel 45 stelle, il rapporto prezzo è relativamente basso In generale, l'hotel si preoccupa di gestire il loro ristorante e bar, e di rinunciare alla politica della camera degli ospiti.

After an exceptional stay at the Wigan Holiday Inn Express on September 20th, 2024, I didn’t expect such a stark contrast in service at another location within the same hotel group the very next day (September 21st, 2024). This time, we experienced a completely different attitude at the front desk—rudeness and dismissiveness. Despite multiple requests for assistance, such as having my room closer to my friend’s, an hour late check-out (which my friend was granted), and fixing the issue with my room’s air conditioning (my friend’s room was fine), we were met with vague, unhelpful explanations that treating a fool. It felt like dealing with political officials dodging direct answers. For the first time ever, I left a hotel feeling genuinely angry. They might be better suited for a career in politics.

Not to bad for the stay room was clean and tidy and staff where friendly

The room is big (designed for a family of four) decorated in nerf theme, kids would love it. All is good but our shower tap is not functioning well, only gives out boiling hot water which we had to use the bath and let the water cool down a bit before we can use a towel to wash. Not the best but image it’s a good place for family with young kids. Walls are thin, we can hear next door running and snoring. Ear plugs ensured a good night sleep :D

I dipendenti sono molto educati, specialmente i dipendenti del riso sono pieni di faccia. Il timbro della stanza è molto attento. L'unico difetto è che la piscina è chiusa alle cinque e mezzo di sabato, e non c'è caldo e freddo in vestiti più vuoti.

Per la prima volta, sono andato in questo hotel, mi sento bene, la stanza è comoda e il servizio è buono.Non c'è ascensore per la bellezza, portare il bagaglio al secondo piano è un po'divertente.

The hotel is definitely in the prime location of the town center with easy access to all the nice cafes and restaurants. Visited Warrington during the Creamfields weekend and therefore the hotel was more overpriced than usual. Clean towels were provided but there were no amenities such as the toothpaste or cotton pads so make sure you pack your own. No complimentary bottled water either, had to buy them from the restaurant downstairs. Good for short period of stay.
